@@toriellsimon9075 (xbox one)this worked for me i before i tried this id had download reinstalled the game like 3 times deleted specific packs and shit , then i tried just removing my Black ops weapons from my classes i use in modern warfare that i use for warzone , i know it sound pretty F´ing corny but it worked for me as soon as i did i could play that maps again

A trick I’ve learned with the ballistic knife to drop people really quick: use it like kali sticks where you stun them and then run at them to kill them, BUT shoot the knife first (when at kali stick range), then stab almost immediately after and it drops them faster than kalis
The ballistic knife really isn’t bad. It has a faster attack speed than the combat knife and has a range option.

The biggest problem of it is it's running rocket ammo also there is no gun ho perk in wz so the reload makes switching weapon and sprinting extremely clunky because you can't go full speed with it like cw multiplayer.

@@catwithagun4663 why? It basically has the same damage but has to reload after every shot and has shit damage. It makes more sense than having rocket launcher ammo considering the crossbows also take sniper ammo. The ballistic knife has shit handling in every way so having more than 6 shots helps a bit.

I really enjoy using and making content with the Ballistic Knife in Cold War for sure but in Warzone it looks MISERABLE, 100% understandable that you don’t like using it for Warzone videos.

So those "bugs" on hit markers aren't bugs. There are limb and chest multipliers. I've been gathering data and doing testing for a BKnife guide, and this is something I found.
Limbs deal roughly 190ish, and chest does 220ish damage (still getting the exact values). It requires shot placement to finish off downed people.
It *can* be stronger than the crossbow impact damage, or it can be weaker depending on where it hits.
I feel like the ballistic knife could do with an attachment like the explosive bolts on the mw crossbow. Shoot em, exploding blade downs em

@@huntershields8962 It's a Special category weapon. It was designed to be one shot (like the Grenade Launcher, and the Crossbow)
It’s hard to explain but the “feel” of it is just so off. You can be accurate with throwing knifes or tomahawks yet somehow still miss all the time with the ballistic knives. Idk if it’s a shot delay, slight RNG with knife accuracy or what, but they feel really weird and it’s frustrating.
It feels off like the crosshairs will be directly on them yet you’ll still miss

You're wrong man, it has a really high learning curve and takes a differen't playstyle.
After playing with it for several days i've started to master it.
Also idk how it would feel on controller but on pc i'm loving it.
ive used it in CW and i have figured it out why it feels off, I've only used the BO1 version other then this, its the way they hold the knife, there's a slight delay from pressing the button the the operator shooting it, onto of the projectile not being as fast as a bullet, its a real pain, literally, its the same as shooting an rpg in any od when you don't ads, they have to ads to fire so its a delayed fire. but running the crossbow, and ballistic knives in CW Multiplayer is badass.
The delay is so frustrating. I remember it from bo2 gun game and it was actually good. On top of sprint to fire time and low bullet velocity, I have to wait for my guy to turn his hand around. So you have to predict your shots

Glad the ballistic knife isn’t good imagine players shooting knifes at you with more damage than bullets and being able to charge you with duel knifes.
I wish it was good because melee players don't get enough love would've been nice to have a change of play style with melee

I main the ballistic knife in cold war multiplayer and go positive. It's not as bad as the intro made it sound
I use it as a secondary for when I find situations where it’s viable in CQC. It’s not really that good, but god is it satisfying going on a streak with them.

Hey @TheseKnivesOnly ,I understand your frustration with the ballistic knife,I discovered that a good method to use it would be throwing knife,shoot the first blade of the ballistic, then finish them with the throwing knife afterwards in a split second, makes the ballistic much more reliable!

The ballistic knife needs a buff, if it was any other weapon enough people would be complaining about it for it to be changed but because there isn’t enough of us knife only players they won’t do anything about it. The ballistic knife in this game and Cold War is a huge let down
The constant nerfs to melee has been pretty tiring for me. Haven't ran the riot shield + sticks in a long time since they kinda suck now.

h1 tried that same sort of patch it didnt work they should just stop vehicle's from doing damage when theu run you over it would force the game to be more about gun skill and tactical plays than it been about who has a vehicle and who doesnt
