Lol, cracks me up every time.
The woman--Gigiola, I think her name is? Something along those lines--doesn't seem to be too bad. I mean, at least she's trying. But Toto--I'm not sure if it's a language barrier or not, but what the hell was he playing at?
This voting was a complete disaster, but the idea to show the top-8 between every round of voting was a novel feature. Besides, without it, nobody would've had a clue what was going on.
well at least Toto's a gentleman and got a stool for Gigliola to sit on during the voting.
This is actually an good year song wise, but the hosting is definitely the most... remarkable(?) thing about the evening:

Isn't it rich of Toto to ask the juries to deliver their votes faster when he goes rambling on and on in Italian between (and often during) the votes? Btw, France in the lead! For about a minute or so...

@setheurovision94 She was a bit ditzy but nonetheless presentable, but HE!, a disaster! Unless you like that sort of thing, that is. Terry was right, in some regards, the voting was, in part, eccentric by any ESC standards.
