My Dad taught me something similar to this when I was younger. Stand in the middle of a doorframe. Using the back of both wrists, try pushing the sides of the doorframe away until you feel the heat building up. Step away and feel your arms float upwards, ensuring you keep a straight spine. I thought the trick was so cool! Now I understand the science behind it. Thank you : )

    nice tip mate.
ive been practicing the standing tensegrity, every time im standing at my bar makin coffee, and the kitchen cooking, and walking the dog outside. its slowly becoming more automatic like driving a car.
i turned around the other night from cooktop to bench top and as i stood, had a real click! and the buoyancy floating feeling happend, strongest ive ever felt, from the fully relaxed surrendered tensegrity state. was a real milestone event for me.
    your course is awesome.
im just chippin away at it, havent even got all the way through, im up to song. and then i just go back to the start and practice the beginning all over again, im trying to actually learn it as i go... as oppose to just watch it all and say ive done it.

Hey bro, that's excellent. Thanks for the feedback! Now, you can work towards transmitting that same feeling to a training partner. 🙏

This exercise really pumped the feeling of energy. I can feel the energy between my hands, but I wonder how to feel energy "hands free". Thanks for the video!

I tried this exercise and my arms didn’t float up. Anyone else have the same experience?
