Have been waiting for this one. The bad boy of my family tree, lol! He was my great grandma's first cousin, so like my 3rd or 4th cousin. I've visited his grave, home, birthplace and a museum that's in an old bank that he had robbed. Thanks Dalen for going to Missouri!
Did you go to the bank he robbed in Northfield, MN?
@@Emerald_Warrior No, we went to the museum in Liberty, MO. Was interesting the owner was telling me about when it was a working bank and Jesse killed the man that was his great grandfather who worked at the bank when it was robbed. You should have seen his face when I told him I was a family member of Jesse's. We ended up talking and laughing, he forgave me for being family of Jesse, lol!
I have that bad boy in my family too. When I was a kid my dad told us never to tell anyone we were related to Jesse James but I was never good at keeping secrets!
@@Emerald_Warrior I have
He's my cousin too. Just recently met a cousin who is his grandchild. I learned that after my Mom did our family tree on Ancestry. He's from my father's side
When my grandmother was escaping enslavement as a child Frank and Jessie James gave her and her sisters money to resettle in Ohio. Later, at Ft Snelling in Minnesota, I was able to thank their descendants Mary and Frank on behalf of the family. They had an overlooked good side...just keeping it real.
I read a story where the James gang had stopped at a farmhouse for some reason and asked the old woman who lived there for some food. She said she didn't have much, but she shared what she had. Jesse noticed she seemed sad and asked her why. She said her husband had died and she owed money on the farm and the banker was coming out later that day to repossess the farm. She had no money, no place to go and didn't know what she was going to do. Jesse asked her how much she owed and when she told him, pulled money out of their stash and gave it to her. The full amount! Then he gave her a further sum for all the supplies she needed for the farm. He also wrote out a receipt and told her to copy it in her own handwriting and make the banker sign it before she gave him the money. They bid her farewell and rode their horses towards the road to town. They hid in some kind of bushes or trees. The banker passed by them on the way to the old woman's farm. He came back up the road soon afterwards, "looking quite prosperous," and the James gang stopped him, robbed the money back, and stole his horse and carriage. No wonder so many people loved him!
My grandfather was a friend of Frank James. Jesse had already been killed so grandpa didn’t know him. I wish I had paid more attention to his stories.
This shift was very interesting. Best quote from him was “this guy’s smart!😊.
Dalen, for Memorial Day, can you please do a spirit session from the Marietta National Cemetery to honor our veterans who died for this great country? God bless America. Thank you.
I have a cousin that died in the civil war in one of the battles for Atlanta buried there. It would be cool to hear him but I do not believe it would ever be allowed🇺🇸
😊
I'm a descendant of Jesse and Frank James. My dad's side of the family commissioned a family history and when the research was done it showed that the Davis part of the family was related to Jesse and Frank James.
That’s cool! Our family found out he is our 7th cousin…with 5 brothers I can see him in them!😆
I see the Davis gravestone in the background of Jesse's grave.
I think that it would be cool as Hades to be related to J.James because of his legacy & infamy
I'm related to the Davis side of the family!
My great grandfather and grandfather were friends with Jesse. Papa said Jesse was prankster and loved to laugh and joke around. Papa named my uncle after him.... Jesse James Allison.
Good evening Graveyard Shifters. Another week has come to a close and a new weekend is upon us. May you all have a pleasant and safe weekend. And Dalen my thoughts and prayers go out for your and your beautiful family always.
Good Evening and Happy Weekend to you! 😊
@hippie6972 Thank you. It's always appreciated pleasure to text with another shifter.
Same to you.
Same to u💕🙏🏽
Excellent shift Boss!! I think Jesse seemed to want to set the record straight and was straight up with you Dalen. ♥️♥️♥️
I think if someone visited me and decades had passed by I’d have all kind of questions about the world 😂😂😂 I’d tear that spirit box up with questions!!
😂😂😂
I heard that they know about the world progressing. They see everything.
@@patriciakrakowiak1442 well I guess that does make sense if they are lurking about 🥴😂😂
I’d like to see you do a segment on Billy the kid and Wyatt Earp.
My ancestors lived right next store to the James Family which I thought was so cool. Thanks for this. I learned a lot!
Great shift!!! He sure was talkative! 😂 He gave his truth!! Incredible as always! I’ve always been fascinated with his story.
That is so cool. We actually got to hear what his voice sounded like!
That has to be one of your best investigations yet. I am gob smacked!
Wow! That rocked. Answered to everything. Very clear. Didn't have to bend your ear to hear or figure out responses and they were quick too. Love how Jesse kinda' balked at the beginning, but jumped in quickly wanting to tell his side of things. Can't applaud his choices, but I respect his answers, his honesty, and he wasn't shy. Kudos to that.
Thank Dalen for a very impressive session. Love It when history smacks you In the back. Love, love, love
You are just so respectful Dalen. I admire that about you. 💓💓
Hi shifting family. I really enjoyed this shift. This was an amazing experience. Shifting might not be easy, but it’s definitely an interesting, amazing experience. Dalen you are such a wonderful person. I respect and appreciate how you talk to the people who are resting in these communities. You genuinely have a special gift. Love, love, love and many blessings to all. P.S. Thank you Rosemary, Mary Ellen, Walter, Shawna and Andre for your continued protection of Dalen. We love you too.❤️
That was mind blowing Dalen. Love 💕 from Australia mate 🇦🇺🇺🇲
My great great grandpa used to tell people that Jesse & Frank James used to stop and water their horses at their house. They also had meals with them. This was in Southern Iowa. Down around Fort Madison, Iowa
He’s right the windmill does get stuck 😮
When my dad passed away December 31, 2023. He said my mother came to get him to take him to heaven with her so I believe he transitioned it right away and I’ve seen my dad twice now since he’s passed and I’ve seen my mother twice as well. I think they’re watching over me making sure that I’m OK but I believe I’ll be joining them very soon and fighting a battle with cancer and chemo is not working so I don’t know what’s gonna happen but I am ready to go. I’m not scared and I know my parents be here to greet me when my time, I’m not a bit scared
❤❤❤❤❤ All the best for a peaceful passage.
God bless you honey I just lost my dad January 20th this year we waited for 5 minutes after the 19th cuz that's my mom's birthday he doesn't come to me but I'm sensitive and I'll tell you this my niece is also sensitive and he came to her and said my mother will be with him in November they were married would have been 66 years May 3rd God bless you honey keep fighting the good fight don't give up 🙏🙏🙏♥️♥️♥️🇨🇦♥️♥️♥️♥️
@@theresaforbes485 thank you so much. That means a lot to me. Yes I really miss my dad a lot. He was not only my dad but my best friend and I have family that won’t give me the time of day so I’m pretty much alone now. I’ll see him again someday, my mom and my dad my mom passed away when I was 12 battling with this cancer right now I’m in the hospital for 12 days. Blood count was down. And oxygen level was down but they’ve been get me up walking three times a day. I’ve seen my mother and dad both. I see my dad not too long about a week after he passed away and then my mom and dad both came to me. About a month later know that there’s people out there of the care about you. Sometimes they think even people you don’t know they’re the ones that care. The most makes me feel good. Everybody has reached out to me very grateful and thankful for that thank you again.❤️💕💗🌈💐 corridor

Great session with jesse. Good
Yea love these shifts. Love the stories and everything that goes with it. Love love love
Hey, Yall! I showed my love. Did you???
Love, Love, Love ❤️❤️❤️❣️. Like, LIKE, LIKE 👍👍👍!
That was great to communicate with Jesse. It was him. One can see when contact is real. 🧡 🧡
Hi, Dalen. Family legend has it that my paternal great-grandfather supplied horses and shelter for Frank and Jesse when they rode north of the Iowa border around the Ottumwa area.
My cousin..SO HANDSOME ! I LOVE THIS THANK U DALEN!!
Hey handsome shift leader,
It comes across that Jessie liked talking to you and wanted to tell you his story.
Question : so whoever had slaves back in the day(and we all known what happen there) do they regret how they treated them etc, but also do they see things differently now and treat everyone as equals?. Fantastic shift, great answers 😃👌🤟
My thoughts is I dont think they regret unfortunately which is very sad
Hello Graveyard Shift Family and our fearless leader Dalen. Blessings to your beautiful family.
JJ’s mother lived a long life!
What great Shifts we always have with you. Thank you so much for that Dalen. Just throwing it out there: It isn´t very uncomen that cousins get married. Muslim´s like to marry in the family, it mostly starts with the 2nd degree Cousin. Mozart was also married to his 1st degree cousin. I guess for the blood line nothing can really happen no more healthwise to the children (medical conditions). Thank you so much for the great conversation you had with Jesse. 🌞Jessica🌞
Jesse said he was younger than 14 when he went to war
Hey Dalen and Graveyard shift family. I'm very excited for this shift, I have a friend who is related to Jesse James, he's gonna love this video too.
Dalen! He said that u were great! 👍🏿 This was a awesome shift! ❤
Thank you..Loved this! Can you possibly do a session with wyatt earp and his wife...Josephine Earp?
Love to!
Wow! This was so interesting! Good questions, and good answers!!!❤❤❤❤❤
YES!!!! Can't wait!! Thanks Dalen. This is going to be an amazing Shift!
Thank you dalen for this story and shift...so glad ya did it❤❤❤
Dalen, can you please do Arlington National Cemetery if you are in Arlington Virginia?
Absolutely not. That is not the place for it. It would almost be like doing a ghost hunt at Auschwitz. Some places are too sacred.
I agree 💯 that's not a place to do a sprit box
His history is interesting... His birth home is in Kearney, MO. His death house is in St. Joe, MO. A bank that he robbed is in Liberty, MO.
I really enjoyed the amazing conversation you had! It was one of the best!❤❤❤
I love this! I also love the comments!! You made my day better!! Thanks, Dalen!!!!😊😊😊
My great great grandmother was second cousins with Frank and Jesse James. Then on my other side of my family are related to John Dillenger. It's a small world
Who's Bob Dillenger? Do you mean JOHN Dillenger ??
@@carameldiva5131yes I'm sorry I accidentally put the wrong name.
@@southern91680 😄😄😄 it's all good. I was just messing with you ❤️
@@southern91680 it's all gravy baby! Was just kidding with you 😄❤️
Awesome shift Dalen. Keep up the amazing work❤
Clocking in from South Carolina, so glad the wind has finally calmed down
I stayed in Anderson, South Carolina, before moving back home to Michigan.
Ok ok! Greenville in the house!!
Clocking in for the replay crew! Sorry I missed the live, I hope my GYS Family is doing well love love love ❤
Dalen you're drawn to the Wild West Era because you probably had a past life there. Jesse was a talkative spirit. I like when he mentioned that it was a vibe 😅 I'm sure he loves being the center of attention every day. Very interesting shift.
Thank you Dalen for a very fascinating shift - I've been looking forward to this for ages. I love American folklore, it's so interesting and exciting too. I guess back in the 1800's, things were incredibly tough for people, trying to make a living, and trying to scrape by. It's so interesting that he'd have liked to have been a welder. He was very brave, and kids had to grow up fast didn't they. The shooting of the army of men is understandable - because it was a war, and inevitably people get killed. But robbing banks is not so understandable!! I guess he still felt the adrenalin after the war, and carried it on, with looting. I love the movies about these people, and I guess that's how I became fascinated with American outlaws, just like you Dalen (your fascination with them too, not that you're an outlaw ha, ha!!) 😮 Thank you Dalen, I learned so much about Jesse James, and hope he's resting in peace. Love, love, love xxx❤❤❤😊😊😊
Very interesting shift! Thanks Dalen. Love the stories and interviews.
❤❤❤ ✌ and respect. Outstanding shift. Thanks for bringing us to Jesse's resting spot it was incredible.
Hello Dalen and the Graveyard Shifter Family
That was a great conversation. He was willing to tell at least some of his story.
Blessings ❤
~Linda
Awesome Shift. Very responsive, told his side and he even seemed to admire you. Those were crazy times, thanks for bringing his side to the world!!!
On a side note: It's great to be back in the midst, missed u all and so glad noone has to graveyard shift me....yet! 😊
Love❤Love❤Love❤
The cloud above you looks like an angel. Does anyone else see it ?
I saw it!!! Thought I was only one
Hey Dalen, finally checking in for this one. I visited his home when i was little and saw him standing in the window of his house. I didnt know at the time that i was able to see spirits.
At the end. He does not regret what he did. He felt he fought for a good cause. He was fighting against the government.
Awe man I missed the live again have a wonderful weekend everyone
I am not proud to say I am related to Frank and Jesse. Today we would call Quantrill's Raiders (Regiment) terrorists. I'm also related to someone else you've investigated, Clyde Barrow. Another bad guy in the family was "Pretty Boy" Floyd.
Rumors have it that Jesse James hid treasure somewhere in the hills of Calico Rock in Izard County, Arkansas. This place was possibly used as a hideout by the James/Younger gang after the Civil War. I have even read of the cave with a carving in the rock marked “JJ Hideout.”
Love how you look the people up
Dalen connecting with those who have passed has always interested me since I was very young. I have been a genealogist for several decades and have always wished I could speak to my ancestors. I plan to get a spirit box as soon as I can afford one (my husband has recently been diagnosed with prostrate cancer, so we are tied up with medical bills right now!) but I look forward to being able to speak to my ancestors…I can hardly wait! You have been a great inspiration to me. Thank you ❤
aye lad another great chat with an absolute legend,
Hello graveyeard shift family,Clocking in a little late , but im here . interesting video, and awesome. Be safe ✌🏼💙
That was an awesome interview.
Interesting headstone in the background, Davis.
That one was so dang interesting! Thank You Dalen. You got such good response. I am sure you were talking to him. Such remarkable answers. Younger than 15-16 when he left to fight. My gosh.
Excellent Dalen thank you love from the UK 🇬🇧 ❤
This graveyard shifters of famous cases are so interesting 🔥🔥🔥💯💯💯
what a great and interesting afterlife "interview"! I loved it!!!
I just found your channel today. I'm loving it. Thanks for doing what you do. I just watched the video of you being attacked in the grave yard in Atlanta. I was so surprised you actually went back. Lots of respect for you, and how you talk to the spirits. I'm really enjoying your channel, and your videos. Thank you for what you do.
Clocking in ❤❤❤ loved this shift I learned a lot ❤❤❤
This one was one of your best. Very interesting. Job well done. Thanks.
He gave you attitude at first! working on my ancestry i found a lot of cousin combos, my 5th great grandmother was also I my 5th great aunt.....her granddaughter married the grandson of her brother I learned through a little searching. Folks didnt travel too far back in those days and hooked up with who ever lived in their area
Oh wow! Interesting!
Hey all, Shifting ain't easy! Amazing video as usual! Love love love!
They had his body exhumed in the late 80''s it is his grave but only a few bone fragmentts were in the coffin,Archie was Jess's little brother.
Hi Dalen I have sat and never stopped watching you fantastic session. I have always wanted to know if the whole Jesse James ending was true . I would love to hear Calamity Jane story would it be true . God bless Karen and family in Australia 🌞🐨🦘🇭🇲
This shift was so interesting. I didn't want it to end. Great work Dalen!! Very good questions. I loved how responsive Jesse was. This was so cool.
Oh wow, that was interesting interwiev. Thanks Dalen. ❤
Hi Dalen, This Graveyard shift is by far the best! I loved it!! I do appreciate all that you do to keep us connected in your adventures. It was amazing how Jesse James spoke to you and what he said, confirms a lot of things that he did in his life. Dalen, Keep doing what you're doing we love it all. Love,Love,Love. ❤
Hi dalen and shifting family.I was always fascinared with jesse james🙏🧒May he Rest in peace with all the other beautiful spirits.love love love❤👨👩🧓👴
Solid interview. He was friendly and forthcoming with his answers. Truly enjoyed this one Dalen! Thanks!
Jesse James Was My Neighbor is a biography worth reading!
I love this This is one of the ones I've wanted from the beginning. Thank you Dalen. Now please visit Billy the Kid.
I love how respectful you are to the dead. And the living. Much love! Much love! 😄
Quantrill's Raiders were a murdering pack of wolves, so the James brothers fit right in. I'm a Southerner, and I'm ashamed of them and their crimes.
Finally The Jesse, James session,i thought i lost my mind i could not find this video any where. Now you know how Jesse felt having them folks walk up behind you Dalen and ambushed your session with out you knowing.
My family has a picture of jesse holding my great grandmother infront of my families home. He is a distant cousin of mine. It is so weird to really think. It jist shows there was more land than ppl back than lol. My great grand mother traveled to colorado in a covered wagon and she would tell us stories about her travels. I havent thought about those stories till seeing this wow 😳
Dude! You has a conversation with Jesse James! Too cool!
But you've spoken with many icons. I love it!
Keep up the good work!
Great interview I love the old west & I'm glad you did this interview!! Love, love❤ to Dalen.
I had company so I’m here now as part of the replay group. Have a great weekend everyone. ❤❤❤
❤ When I lived in Oklahoma, there were known caves around Mt. Scott and Lake Latonka that the James ' s and other gangs would hide their loot in. I went to church with this old couple that said they bought their farm from Frank James. Lots of great history. There's a movie called " The Long Riders" . You should try and find it. It has the Keach brothers in Stacey and James . I'm not always one for westerns. There's the Long Riders and Tombstone. That's about it.😁
This was so good. Thank you

Great shift - Thank you Dalen for everything you do. ❤❤❤
Pretty amazing Dalen. Great responses for sure😊
Any idea where Frank James is buried. I think it would be interesting to do a spirit ox session with him too.
It lies in Hill Park Cemetery
D- I love your humor! “They put up a sign because they got tired of all you wandering around”! Marrying family is EXACTLY what they do in MO. It’s called “keeping it in the family”! They do that in AR too! I am from Iowa, so I can say that! Lol! Keep up the great work! I miss you on tv though.
Good Evening graveyard shift family everyone's have blessings weekend
Awesome! TY😊
this was a good one...but could you do a spirit box session with bruce lee and his son brandon please...they are buried together
