    I like this and think the concept is valuable, but what strategies can be implemented when accountability measures fail? For instance, when a player's physical limitations or athleticism prevent them from achieving necessary positions despite these measures. Would involving a strength and conditioning coach be the next step to address and develop the foundational athletic qualities required? Wouldn't some kind of other step be needed/crucial in that situation, as there's a risk of injury for less developed or inexperienced players who lack the mobility, stability, or strength needed to safely assume these positions?

      If a player isn't physically capable of the physical accountability, then you can keep engaging the other two phases while working on those qualities you measured. Often times, however, those foundational athletic qualities can be built by the body actually building its way toward doing them.
