Actually the dragon and peacock miraculous do balance each other out if you think of it in a roundabout way. The peacock is emotions the dragon is perfection ( the control of emotions or lack.
And combine concepts of remembrance, enigma and erudition to make concept of infinity I heard. Some concepts made of multiple concepts might don't sound like should combine but it's complex than you think
@@eddog6666 Well there is that, but also the Peacock is an aspect of the Phoenix, which is part of yin-yang's core lore. Also (Fox and Turtle) Illusion and Protection are opposites in the sense that Protection can protect you from illusions, but illusions can give the appearance of protection. It's an imperfect balance. Thus I think this is the reason that the chameleon miraculous will be the end result.
something I've noticed is every miraculous has a different yet similar counterpart that can either be something stronger or something being used differently, like how: Ladybug Miraculous: Creation and restoration Goat Miraculous: creating an existing object but limited to one creation Cat miraculous: Total Destruction and Corrosion of anything or any being Tiger miraculous: the ability to be destructive but has no ability to outright destroy the target Rabbit Miraculous: Travel through time and space Snake Miraculous: going back in time Turtle Miraculous: The ability to protect anything (Both themselves and other people) Ox Miraculous: The ability to protect themselves Fox miraculous: external Illusions in the environment Pig Miraculous: Internal Illusions in the targets mind Butterfly Miraculous: Grants people powers through emotion Peacock Miraculous: Grants people Senti-monsters through will Horse Miraculous: Transports people anywhere Dog Miraculous: Transports items and animals to the user Chicken Miraculous: Grants user any power that isn't already a power of a miraculous Dragon Miraculous (Not prodigious): Grants the user a set of individual powers (Water, Wind and Lightning) Bee Miraculous: Disables the target Monkey Miraculous: Makes the targets ability go haywire (Unknown effect on regular people) Mouse Miraculous: Divides user to different segments (Seems to me that the mouse miraculous is a good way to mix and match the powers as shown by Marinette in earlier season)
Can we talk about how Lila has convinced multiple women to be her mother sort of speak- she probably is and Orphan and has to lie to get what she needs from adults to survive. Controlling how people see her to survive. Being adopted by multiple care takers and lying and balancing that whole thing probably is how she grew up, and I kinda feel like she wants a world where she doesn’t have to lie, and everything she talks about is just true
So, she just wants a world where she is completely unshackled? This is basically just Lila wanting a world of her perfect desires, which are not exactly pleasant

Emotion and Perfection mirror and counter each other in a metaphorical and metaphysical sense. When there's a world that seems perfect it's just really everyone suffering from the lack of emotion and connection. As for emotion, that makes perfection messy and imperfect. Thus emotion can disrupt the order.
I think the Miraculous of the Dog and Bee actually complement eachother as Barkk is the kwami of Adoration, looking up to someone and following orders (ie Fetch) while Pollen the kwami of Action dictates an order to happen (ie freezing a person)
I feel like the pairings would be more concept based, like the Kwamis represent an equal and opposite force. Besides the cat and ladybug the only ones I could think of that work for that would be the Monkey and the Dragon representing chaos and balance respectively.
pig and butterfly could workout because pig is positive emotion and shows us our greatest wish and butterfly is negative emotion which gives us power to fulfill our wish maybe we could say like that
The Yin Yang Pairing of the Rooster is the Monkey Miraculous i’d say. The Rooster has the power to give himself any power and the Monkey can nullify any power
I think that the reason dragon+peacock=yin yang is because that emotion is feeling full of life while perfection is just cold hard perfection no emotion to it and striving for perfection can take away emotion and life itself
I mean for Kagami and Felix you could seea yin yang paring over what the Kwamis represent sing the dragon is the Kwami of Perfection the Peacock is the Kwami of Emotion and what is the opposite of Perfection? Error and Emotions could be seen as errors
I believe 5 of the miraculous are not supposed to be divided into a yin-yang paring because they represent the five elements of the zodiac; Fire, Water, Earth, Metal, and Wood.
I have the theory that Felix' peacock is more so meant to represent the Feng Huang or Chinese Phoenix, which is the opposite of the Dragon in Chinese mythology, tho curiously the dragon is supposed to represent male energy, while the phoenix female energy
I absolutely love this video!! The idea of Yin and Yang pairings existing for each kwami in the miracle box is a super interesting idea in my opinion! I’ve always wondered about what the pairings besides the ladybug and black cat would be, but never gave it much thought until seeing your video. After having each concept kinda explained here, it really got me thinking about how each concept could fit together and I think I manages to come up with a combination pairing for each kwami in the miracle box, some of which match your theory pairings and some that are different! Before I go into my pairings, I would like to say that I can definitely understand your pairings from this video and to an extent agree with them, but I theorized some other potential pairings just based on certain aspects alone that weren’t discussed in the video. Here are what each of my Kwami Yin and Yang pairings would be:
1.) Ladybug and Black Cat 🐞🐈⬛: Very obvious pairing that has been explored heavily in the show and I feel doesn’t need much further explanation. 2.) Fox, Turtle, and Bee 🦊🐢🐝: Okay so this one is kinda the exception to the whole duo rule, but I feel like these three truly fit well in a trio that all complement each other in a way. First of all, this trio was the original there from season 2 that was heavily highlighted before the bee miraculous was taken from Chloe and given to Zoe who was kinda written out of the trio when she got the bee miraculous. Starting with the two opposites ends of the spectrum, the turtle and the bee. The turtle is all about protecting or defending while the bee’s concept is “action” which can also be described as offense. Defense and offense are concepts that complement each other as opposites but both are needed to often win in a battle. The fox meanwhile I feel is that middle ground that focuses not particularly on one or the other. Instead, the fox focuses on deception or illusion which could be used in both defensive or offensive situations depending on how you use the power. Rena Rouge can obviously use her illusions to trick enemies or cover up Ladybug and protect her, but just as easily, the power could be used in an offensive situation too by using the power to trick and confuse the enemy and then allowing the user to come in from behind and take action just like a fox often sneaks up on their prey before striking. When taking a look at all three weapons, each one can also be used in both an offensive and defensive way to some degree despite some being better at either attacking or defending. The turtle’s shield can be thrown at enemies to cause them harm and the bee’s spinning top can be spun around like the ladybug’s yo-yo to act as a small shield. The fox’s flute can do both where it could be spun around to create a small shield but can also be used like cat noir’s staff to hit and attack enemies. 3.) Butterfly and Peacock 🦋🦚: With this pairing being heavily explored in seasons 3 and 4, I think it’s easy to see these two fit together despite how much overlap there is between the two. Both of these miraculouses deal heavily in emotions. The butterfly often heightens emotions and gives a person powers to match the specific emotion they’re feeling that they can then directly display themselves through their powers. The peacock meanwhile feels more like a vessel that is about taking emotions and putting them into something else, a living being. While the peacock doesn’t necessarily take emotions away, it almost feels like a lot of the times, people put their direct emotions into the sentimonsters that are created which people in the show often then hide behind instead of addressing their direct emotions. Adrien is an excellent example of this. He’s a senti-being that was created by the emotion of love through his mother, but once Emilie was out of the picture, Gabriel then began to hide behind Adrien and justify all his actions as an act of love for his son, despite us all knowing it was really his own madness and refusal to face his own grief that caused him to do everything he did. I believe this pairing is meant to be about how you channel your emotions though whether it be through yourself or into something else. 4.) Mouse and Ox 🐭🐂: This is another pairing I feel like you explained well in the video and I don’t really have anything to add. Ivan and Mylene work good as complementary pairs that come together nicely. Ivan has a big and scary appearance but is very much a giant teddy bear at heart while Mylene is small and timid but is also very sweet. Big and small yet both come together and make a perfect pair. 5.) Pig and Tiger 🐷🐯: yet another pairing that I agree with and believe makes a lot of sense, but I would like to add that this pairing seems to be a reflection of different ways you can approach a problem. The tiger miraculous seems like a very head on approach where you quite literally face opponents directly with one big blow. It’s not too complicated or anything which is very opposite of Juleka in her civilian form who often struggles with speaking her mind and facing her problems head on so I feel this pairing of her and Roarr makes a very great complement to her usually timid self and Roarr’s outspoken nature who loves to be loud and speak their mind. Now shifting gears towards the pig miraculous, that miraculous feels more about tackling problems in a less direct and more peaceful way. It’s all about finding the root of the problem by looking to discover a person’s greatest desire and then using that as a method to find a solution to the problem at hand. It focuses more on the mental side and finding a peaceful solution without any violence which very much fits with Rose’s peaceful and cheerful personality. However, Rose is also a character who likes faces her problems head on and directly instead of keeping them to herself. It’s apart of what sets her free and makes her such a happy person because she embraces the challenges in her life and faces them with a positive outlook. I feel this pairing is very much related to the idea of facing problems with violence versus words. Both are ways of facing conflicts, but both yield very different results and outcomes in the end.
6.) Rooster and Goat 🐓🐐: This is the last pairing that you brought up in your video before my own personal ones come in. In your video you said you had trouble seeing how this could be a pairing but I think I can explain. It very much reflects Nathaniel and Marc’s passions as civilians. Marc is a writer who enjoys writing stories and Nathaniel is an artist who often works with Marc to create illustrations for his stories. The goat’s power allows the user to create non-magical objects using the paintbrush weapon which is just a physical manifestation of what Nathaniel does when he draws. Meanwhile, the rooster miraculous can give the user any power or super ability they want. It’s up to Rooster Bold to decide what power he needs and how he can use that power kinda like how a writer has to come up with characters and plots in a story and figure out where the story is gonna go. The way I can see this working with the goat is by using the powers the rooster grants to then work with the objects created by the goat. For example, if the goat creates a pair of skates, the rooster could then grant the power of being an expert skater to then use the skates effectively. It’s very much like writing a story where either the author needs to come up with a way to write a story about an illustration or an artist needs to come up with an illustration to match the story. They work together to create a creative solution to the problem whether it’s with a specific power or the use of an object or a combination of both. 7.) Horse and Dog: 🐴🐶: this is my first personal theorized pairing. While it might not seem like a pair with any significance at first especially since Max and Sabrina don’t really interact, I feel their powers both act in similar yet different ways. Both powers deal with the idea of transporting people and objects. The horse has the power of teleportation which in battle can be used to bring the heroes closer to their opponent or a specific location in an instant, while the dog’s power of fetch can steal an object from their opponent or an object in the distance and then bring it directly to the user. The horse can also work in the opposite method of being used to teleport away from an opponent or a specific location while the dog’s power can be viewed as taking something from someone else but bringing it closer to the user. The whole concept here deals with transporting things to and away from things. The dog and horse both work very similar yet also very differently in that way. 8.) Rabbit and Monkey 🐰🐵: While a I can how the rabbit and snake might initially feel like a better pairing with both powers being time related, when I was thinking, I thought about the monkey and rabbit pairing together because of the concepts of order and chaos. The rabbit miraculous is all about traveling through time in order to keep balance and order in the timeline and keeping things always moving forward. The monkey meanwhile is all about making chaos and causing disruptions to others powers. It might not be to an extent of being world ending where time travel is required but the monkey’s power being so chaotic and unpredictable has the potential to be that dangerous depending on which power is disrupted. Overall just the idea of chaos and order is very much where I approached this pairing though with one being used to maintain order while the other being used to cause chaos. 9.) Snake and Dragon 🐍🐉: Last but not least we have the dragon and snake. This used to be a popular pairing solely because the users were Luka and Kagami who were the alternate love interests of Marinette and Adrien. Before Kagami got with Felix, I used to see a lot of Luka and Kagami pairings after they both broke up with Marinette and Adrien despite the two barely having many interactions in the show. As a result of them being paired together, the snake and dragon often also got paired as well. With that being said, I know at first glance it might not seem like these two miraculouses have much in common or seem like they’d fit together in a pair, but I think I’ve come up with a way that the two could fit together. It might not necessarily be like a full yin yang pair like the others, but it’s still a pairing nonetheless. This pair is all about coming up with the perfect solution to a problem. The dragon miraculous is an interesting one because it grants the user not one but three different powers over the different elements, wind, water, and lightning. It’s then up to the user to decide which element they’d need in a specific situation to solve any problems that they’re trying to solve. The snake miraculous on the other hand grants the user the power of second chance, the power to go back and do something over again. Where I think the two come together is that the snake can be used to give the dragon a second chance if they choose the wrong power in a specific situation. The snake can work with the dragon until the proper perfect solution is discovered. It’s almost like a math problem. Often times there’s only one solution to a problem in math and you have to use the exact method and numbers to arrive at the correct answer and if you get it wrong, you have to try again until you arrive at the right answer. I know this doesn’t necessarily feel like a yin yang pairing per say, but it was the best I could come up with for the two and I think it functions as a good enough way to explain the pairing.
And that is how I’d pair every miraculous in the Chinese Miracle Box! Sorry I had to break it all into so many parts! I know I wrote a ton and I doubt many people will have the patience to read through all my thoughts but to those who did, I’d like to thank you! I really appreciate you! ❤️ I’d love to hear any options or feedback on my pairings or whether anybody agrees with them or not! This is such a cool concept and I love that you brought this discussion to light in your video!
Ok hear me out. Each miraculous has a different miraculous with a similar ability. Like the goat and ladybug both has creation abilities The black cat and tiger both have destruction abilities The fox and pig both have illusions based abilities The turtle and ox both have defensive abilities The butterfly and peacock have a lot of common traits with each other The bee and and monkey are both disrupters that messes The dog and horse are both teleporting abilities The snake and rabbit are both time based abilities And it’s a stretch but the mouse and dragon have multiple as a theme( multiple abilities or multiplying) And the roster can choose almost anything so maybe it’s meant to be the odd one out.
I never liked that the miraculous of the rooster has the limitation of not being able to give someone the ability of another miraculous. The butterfly miraculous can give anyone (even without an alliance ring) the power of an existing miraculous. Lyla's first akumatization is a good example of that. Also, the peacock miraculous can create sentimonster clones of miraculous holders with the same powers.
Sorry for always commenting about pronunciations, but the x in Minatourox is silent. Also, Mylene's name is supposed to be pronounced Me-len. Your pronunciation is closer to the common mispronunciation of Meling, which is a Chinese name.
Even though it's from a different box, the Eagle (freedom) is opposite of the Bee (subjection). I also think the Goat and the Peacock could be seen as opposites: one creates something everyone can use, while the other creates something used by one person.
Personally I feel like the dog miraculous, the miraculous of adoration, would be the complementary of the monkey, the miraculous of derision. It doesn’t really make sense some of the pairings that the end credits suggest, but this theory is rather interesting !!
A pairing from the credits that I do think makes sense is the rabbit and snake, being the miraculous of evolution and intuition. The rabbit miraculous being the miraculous of evolution symbolizing evolving to adapt over time while the miraculous of intuition, the snake, symbolizes going back in time for a second chance to adapt and know your enemy’s moves!!
LOVE this video, had mostly forgotten the yin yang pairings thing and LOVE the symbolism pointed out in the main duo. (Small nitpick that Plagg's explicitly said Cat Noir isn't the real version of his holder; he's both. But even if Cat's overcompensating he's letting himself be more free so I know what you mean!) This video got me thinking a lot. 👀 So hear me out... I know the goal here was to examine the possibility of pairs in the end credits, rather than examine other possibilities, but now I'm thinking on others. So I think some are paired in the end credits more for the characters than the kwamis, and there shouldn't just be one odd one out. I also definitely feel like the thing that enhancing the existing emotions within a being (living or not) and the thing that creates life (organic or not) out of emotions are most likely a yin-yang pair. So with the assumption of *Butterfly/Peacock,* my proposition would be... The *Bee, Fox, and Turtle* are a _trio._ They were the first three heroes after our main duo, and the last three not part of the zodiac. Action, Illusion, and Protection feel perfect as power, finesse, and defense. Strength, dexterity, and stamina. While it's true the actual power of the bee is more about crowd control, that just makes the focus of the trio on support, and the Bee still does so with the most exerted force. *Dragon and Snake* - Luka and Kagami are _fascinating_ with the way their mostly paralleled _arcs_ act as narrative foils. But beyond that, it's "Perfection", getting something right the first time, versus endless Second Chances, do-overs and learning from mistakes. It's being good through sheer talent versus becoming good because you can intuit paths to success. It's the pressure to never fail versus inviting failure as a teacher. *Mouse and Ox* and *Pig and Tiger* both make perfect sense, and like Dragon and Snake do consist of one Yin animal and one Yang animal. I'll also add that the Pig's power is one of the most passive and indirect (even if still capable of terrifying feats) while the Tiger's is one of the most active and direct. That leaves the Monkey, Horse, and Dog as Yang options and the Rabbit, Goat, and Rooster for Yin. (While how they're paired varies, whether they're Yin or Yang doesn't seem to, as far as I can find. Odd numbers in the order are Yang and even numbers are Yin.) So perhaps... *Dog and Goat* - Adoration and Passion. Dog can bring you anything that exists. Goat can bring you anything that doesn't already exist. (Other instances might, but wouldn't have to; the specific object the Goat creates didn't exist before.) As characters, when Sabrina likes someone, she'll do anything for them, even if they treat her poorly. When Nathaniel likes someone, he's shy and gets moody if they don't return his feelings. Sabrina's main interest is in people while Nathaniel's is in art (not that he doesn't also care about people or especially his artistically-inclined partner). *Horse and Rabbit* - Migration and Evolution, infinite space travel vs infinite time travel, both opened through similar looking portals. The Rabbit can also cover space, granted, but it's not the focus of the power. Moreover, the Horse is freer to make full use of its powers, and Max can and does use his smarts to actively help people all the time. The Rabbit is required to be more restrained, and while Alix early on was a little impatient (and not ready yet), she's gradually growing into someone who knows when to act, when to wait, and when to accept that this is how things are meant to be, even if she doesn't like it. *Rooster and Monkey* - Pretension and Derision. "I'll make myself look good" vs "I'll make you look bad". "My power is yes" vs "Your power is no." 😂I'm so glad I wrote this comment because I hadn't considered this pair before working through options here but now I love them. Given the number of things already taken, Sublimation also tends to be most useful for utility (flight or invisibility for instance, or variations on others' powers like item-multiplication), while Uproar is very actively in your face. But yeah!! 🙏Hope I'm not rambling too much but thank you again for the video and sparking many fun thoughts!
Shelter(power of the Turtle Miraculous) could be used offensively like gauntlets to deal extra damage like what Monarch did or could be used like force field projectiles.
Hm, how very interesting, i wonder how significant these Pairings will be? If they will be? By the way, just to make sure I get this right, Yin is Black and Yang is White? If so, then that throws me for a loop, because i have always thought it was the other way around.
kim and max also a good pair, There is a saying that "heart is like a monkey and mind is like a horse" "心猿意馬," Its meaning is quite complex I will try to convey it. Inside of every person there is a monkey and horse kept running and causing trouble. Kim as monkey king based on sun wukong a trickster god, who wanted to overthrow heaven to become king, in Buddhism compares the human heart as a monkey, very simple and ignorant, Arrogant, mischievous away dancing create trouble, and the mind as The horse never stays still away running refers to the human mind being constantly distracted, and lacking concentration. that's why when sun wukong the monkey was punished for causing chaos in heaven, On journey to the west and he became a horse keeper again, The implication is that if the monkey, the heart leads the horse, the mind represent Focus then the human will will not lead to evil. It's actually more complicated than that, everyone should read it jttw is great and has many lessons, Buddhism, Taoism, everything has meaning .
Make a video about how all of the miraculous Holders are connected to their evilized form and character traits Examples Alya - a reporter who wants to uncover the truth, got the miraculous of illusion which deceives people Bubbler-bubbles looks like shields Mylene-evilized form becomes one big monster, miraculous multiplication makes her tiny but many And etc.
9:06 The peacock makes unnatural things through sentimonsters while the dragon controls the natural element. Kinda a connection but I might be stretching it
The connection between Kagami and Felix might be that Kagami controls natural things (the elements) while Felix controls unnatural things (sentimonsters)
I feel like they are just showing popular pairings, because mixing the horse(space) and bunny(time) together could allow for crossing dimensions. Also we don't know if the others have to power to change people back, because we always see ladybug doing the capturing. The goat plus the peacock could be another pairing, one creates an object the other uses said item to create a sentimonster
Now we have the pig and the fox. Both can do illusions, but this one has a more defense. The pig shows them a happy memory, then the fox makes that illusion. Basically a stop gap measure until help arrives by messing with the person's mind.(Now the rooster could be used to give the "power to enter a person's mind palace" Now the fox could temporarily fool the mind into believing they are someone different)
Bull and turtle could be the full defense pairing, one creates the shelter, the other is guarding it. This combo is like the "we need to get closer to the target combo" Could be others
I like the idea of it. It doesn't quite make sense. I think the miracle boxes are more cultural than continental. There are more cultures than continents. It doesn't matter who the guardians choose as heroes. Yin-yang pairings seems so hard to understand.
Short explanations: Marinette/Adrian: yin yang Alya/Nino: couple Kagami/Felix: possible couple Ivan/Mylene: couple Rose/Juleka: best friends Max/Kim: best friends Nathaniel/Marc: friends/possible couple The only ones i find weird but manage to find a pairing: Luka/Alix: both have time base powers Sabrina/Zoe: master and servant (would made more sense if chloe was still the bee miraculous holder.)
@foranzo1582 sorry I tend to forget some parts of the show like character relationships so that's why I put the word possible in case I was wrong about the relationship.
Marinette/Adrien - Creation/Destruction Alya/Nino - Intaginble Illusions/Tangible Shield Kagami/Felix - Perfection dictated by numbers/Emotions that are chaotic Ivan/Mylene - Absorption/Splitting, honestly idk Rose/Juleka - Expressing the target's feelings/Expressing your own Max/Kim - Portal/changing another substance altogether Nathaniel/Marc - Making the vessel/Making the mechanisms of said vessel Luka/Alix - interference from experiencing an alternate future/interference from viewing an alternate future Sabrina/Zoe - Shooting to summon/shooting to paralyze
there are compatibility calculators in chinese cultures based on the animal, element, given name, yin-yang, and birth chart of the person(s) in question but thats too complicated and the show isnt even that good at representing asian/non-white cultures anyway so my expectations arent that high. also many of these pairs dont seem very yin yang, even if we just look at personality
I really cap here, but Felix and kagami can be understood as dragon and phoenix as in Asia Because I know dragon and phoenix have strangely different meanings in the West., representing the emperor and empress, husband and wife, as meaning as the perfect marriage, they are in Fact closest to yin and yang.
I feel like you could spin Felix and Kagami to work as a thing Yang pairing. If you consider that the elements make up life and the sentimonsters are artificial life then they’re kind of similar but opposite things the natural elements used to create life and artificial life using the Kwami magic.
I see Sabrina & Zoe as friends or best friends btw. I am pretty sure people used to ship Alix & Luka before(I used to be one of them) What do you think the ship Luka x Zoe? Snake & Bee??
yin(not 'yim') is the black symbol with a white dot, but does not mean "bad" or "evil". Meanwhile, Yang is the white symbol with a black dot, and also doesn't mean "good". If that were the case, we would only care about one of them. But in reality(well, more like in this philosophical model) too much of either force is bad. They both exist not as complete opposites, but more like complements to each other. Therefore, having too much of either yin or yang is bad: it will overpower the other, when they're supposed to be in balance/harmony.
Sorry Cartoon Universe, but your theory makes no sense at all, because we know for a fact from PREVIOUS seasons that the suits can change looks as WELL as colors.
@@caseydreamuslpsandmore2582 I'd argue theories do have to make sense! Are they not meant to explain something about the world/universe they're talking about, using previously-established evidence and observation? If they're not real or don't make sense, then what's the point of even making them? And this is different from them being debunked, because that involves finding new evidence that doesn't align, can't be explained, or be fit into the theory. But at the time it was created, seemed plausible.

Actually the dragon and peacock miraculous do balance each other out if you think of it in a roundabout way. The peacock is emotions the dragon is perfection ( the control of emotions or lack.

Also (Fox and Turtle) Illusion and Protection are opposites in the sense that Protection can protect you from illusions, but illusions can give the appearance of protection. It's an imperfect balance.
Thus I think this is the reason that the chameleon miraculous will be the end result.
something I've noticed is every miraculous has a different yet similar counterpart that can either be something stronger or something being used differently, like how:

Tiger miraculous: the ability to be destructive but has no ability to outright destroy the target
Rabbit Miraculous: Travel through time and space
Snake Miraculous: going back in time
Turtle Miraculous: The ability to protect anything (Both themselves and other people)
Ox Miraculous: The ability to protect themselves
Fox miraculous: external Illusions in the environment
Pig Miraculous: Internal Illusions in the targets mind
Butterfly Miraculous: Grants people powers through emotion
Peacock Miraculous: Grants people Senti-monsters through will
Horse Miraculous: Transports people anywhere
Dog Miraculous: Transports items and animals to the user
Chicken Miraculous: Grants user any power that isn't already a power of a miraculous
Dragon Miraculous (Not prodigious): Grants the user a set of individual powers (Water, Wind and Lightning)
Bee Miraculous: Disables the target
Monkey Miraculous: Makes the targets ability go haywire (Unknown effect on regular people)
Mouse Miraculous: Divides user to different segments
(Seems to me that the mouse miraculous is a good way to mix and match the powers as shown by Marinette in earlier season)
@@AceAyasaki it called Rooster miraculous.
@caseydreamuslpsandmore2582 sorry, English isn't my first language so I forgot it was called rooster haha
I honestly love how the yin-yang philosophy goes *that* deep in the show, from the Miraculous concepts to the clothing designs. 😅

You know? Even better back when it was Subjugation, but still works with the Action retcon!
I think of Horse having power over space, the Rabbit having power over time, and the Snake having power over Space-Time.
Weren't Alix and Max seen eating ice cream or something?
@tirramasu7948 They were the odd ones out. Alix is apparently Aro, while Max is apparently Ace.
You get mixed. The snake controls time while the rabbit controls space-time.
@@thekakeking9400 You don't need to be dating to be friends or to share icecream
@tirramasu7948 Good point although... you probably wouldn't share an ice cream with a stranger.
I think that the reason dragon+peacock=yin yang is because that emotion is feeling full of life while perfection is just cold hard perfection no emotion to it and striving for perfection can take away emotion and life itself
I thought the same thing
I really appreciated this video, thank you! Looking forward to more Miraculous analysis!
Which would be which, though? That's the question
3.) Butterfly and Peacock 🦋🦚:
With this pairing being heavily explored in seasons 3 and 4, I think it’s easy to see these two fit together despite how much overlap there is between the two.
I’d love to hear any options or feedback on my pairings or whether anybody agrees with them or not! This is such a cool concept and I love that you brought this discussion to light in your video!
Ok hear me out. Each miraculous has a different miraculous with a similar ability.
Like the goat and ladybug both has creation abilities
The black cat and tiger both have destruction abilities
The fox and pig both have illusions based abilities
The turtle and ox both have defensive abilities
The butterfly and peacock have a lot of common traits with each other
The bee and and monkey are both disrupters that messes
The dog and horse are both teleporting abilities
The snake and rabbit are both time based abilities
And it’s a stretch but the mouse and dragon have multiple as a theme( multiple abilities or multiplying)
And the roster can choose almost anything so maybe it’s meant to be the odd one out.
Hopefully we'll see more, other than the fox+turtle
Sorry for always commenting about pronunciations, but the x in Minatourox is silent. Also, Mylene's name is supposed to be pronounced Me-len. Your pronunciation is closer to the common mispronunciation of Meling, which is a Chinese name.
Minotaurox's X is mute!?
I dont think the x is silent in the english pronounciation
The x isn’t silent or because if it was, the name wouldn’t make sense
Minatour-*ox* also they literally say the x
@@ArgosThePeacock yes, like the italian and ancent latin pronunciation MINOTAURO,is MINOS(the city) and TAUROS (toro, bull)
If your sorry about commenting abt his pronunciation maybe just don’t
Hey guys lyla purple, smoky appearence and the multivoice remind of Oblivio.Maibe she is using those powers toghether with the butterfly miracoulus
So hear me out...
Theory on their fusions?
Shelter(power of the Turtle Miraculous) could be used offensively like gauntlets to deal extra damage like what Monarch did or could be used like force field projectiles.
I love your videos
The Yin-Yang thing doesn't work perfectly since there's an odd number of Kwami in Ladybugs miracle box.
Hm, how very interesting, i wonder how significant these Pairings will be? If they will be?
By the way, just to make sure I get this right, Yin is Black and Yang is White? If so, then that throws me for a loop, because i have always thought it was the other way around.
kim and max also a good pair, There is a saying that "heart is like a monkey and mind is like a horse" "心猿意馬,"
Its meaning is quite complex I will try to convey it.
Miraculous is amazing
Make a video about how all of the miraculous Holders are connected to their evilized form and character traits
Examples
Alya - a reporter who wants to uncover the truth, got the miraculous of illusion which deceives people
Bubbler-bubbles looks like shields
Mylene-evilized form becomes one big monster, miraculous multiplication makes her tiny but many
And etc.
This is a great theory
9:06 The peacock makes unnatural things through sentimonsters while the dragon controls the natural element. Kinda a connection but I might be stretching it
The connection between Kagami and Felix might be that Kagami controls natural things (the elements) while Felix controls unnatural things (sentimonsters)
I belive Vesperia and Miss Hound are Yin and Yang because of their concepts, Adoration (dog) and Submition (bee)
@@infinityartbl yeah it makes sense a loyel dog serving a noble queen bee
This combo is like the "we need to get closer to the target combo"
Could be others
i don't know this true but pig and tiger According to Chinese legend, represents marriage. They are a good pair.
True at least I love that shows theory about it
I would want to have the Peacock miraculous just because I like the outfit the most.
Sabrina and Zoé friendship definitely
I like the idea of it. It doesn't quite make sense. I think the miracle boxes are more cultural than continental.
There are more cultures than continents.
It doesn't matter who the guardians choose as heroes.
Yin-yang pairings seems so hard to understand.
Short explanations:
Marinette/Adrian: yin yang
Alya/Nino: couple
Kagami/Felix: possible couple
Ivan/Mylene: couple
Rose/Juleka: best friends
Max/Kim: best friends
Nathaniel/Marc: friends/possible couple
The only ones i find weird but manage to find a pairing:
Luka/Alix: both have time base powers
Sabrina/Zoe: master and servant (would made more sense if chloe was still the bee miraculous holder.)
I was sure Rose and Juleka are dating? And so are Nathaniel and Marc? And so are Kagami and Felix??? Were we watching a different show? XD
@foranzo1582 sorry I tend to forget some parts of the show like character relationships so that's why I put the word possible in case I was wrong about the relationship.
Marinette/Adrien - Creation/Destruction
Alya/Nino - Intaginble Illusions/Tangible Shield
Kagami/Felix - Perfection dictated by numbers/Emotions that are chaotic
Ivan/Mylene - Absorption/Splitting, honestly idk
Rose/Juleka - Expressing the target's feelings/Expressing your own
Max/Kim - Portal/changing another substance altogether
Nathaniel/Marc - Making the vessel/Making the mechanisms of said vessel
Luka/Alix - interference from experiencing an alternate future/interference from viewing an alternate future
Sabrina/Zoe - Shooting to summon/shooting to paralyze
there are compatibility calculators in chinese cultures based on the animal, element, given name, yin-yang, and birth chart of the person(s) in question but thats too complicated and the show isnt even that good at representing asian/non-white cultures anyway so my expectations arent that high. also many of these pairs dont seem very yin yang, even if we just look at personality
That would be kinda weird of Luka and Alix being in Love
What's weird about that?
Because he’s taller then her
@@luis1237 and? That's very normal in relationships?
@@nico-kitten oh okay we’ll see if they will be in love
@@nico-kittenAlix is aromantic so they shouldn't be together, if anything they are paired due to both having time manipulation powers
Perfection are based on mind, idea when emotion based on heart, they can also represent the mind and the heart perfect and imperfect,
11:38
"Tiger of the Kwami"
I feel like you could spin Felix and Kagami to work as a thing Yang pairing. If you consider that the elements make up life and the sentimonsters are artificial life then they’re kind of similar but opposite things the natural elements used to create life and artificial life using the Kwami magic.
i always thought the pig miraculous and fox were oposites one is illusions and one is truth
I remember the episode that have the guardian he was kind of a jerk 0:13
Thus vid makes sense because Iv always wounderd it
Ivan and mylene zodiac does have some similarities to the zodiac folklore of the ox helping the rat be first
Is it just me or does zoes hair look like the pansexual flag with pink, yellow and blue HMMMMM
I see Sabrina & Zoe as friends or best friends btw. I am pretty sure people used to ship Alix & Luka before(I used to be one of them)
What do you think the ship Luka x Zoe? Snake & Bee??
Yim means light ana good
Yang means dark and bad
Sometimes yin is used to represent evil while yang is used to represent good
yin(not 'yim') is the black symbol with a white dot, but does not mean "bad" or "evil".
Personally I don't necessarily like the Zoe x Sabrina theory, specifically as a romance. That's just me though.
i think lila with gimmi the reality kwami cuz all have multivoices
It's like Thanos but Not killing half of the entire universe
I really hate Pigella's hair in the thumbnail vs her original hair. It was so much cuter.
Or truth and ideals.

Sorry Cartoon Universe, but your theory makes no sense at all, because we know for a fact from PREVIOUS seasons that the suits can change looks as WELL as colors.
yeah and what you're point
It doesn't have to make sense.
@@caseydreamuslpsandmore2582 Yeah, that's what theories are, but this theory has been debunked.
You do realize that their original suits tend to be the colors of their KWAMIS though right?
