Aww, the food looks so good that even Marshie wants to take a bite lol ❤ I personally thought that these vegetarian/vegan restaurants are interesting. Although the bean substitute patties do taste quite good, the fun kinda fades when you're 2-3 bites in. I believe that more restaurants should be brave and proud with their vegan options instead of trying to imitating meat. A good vegetarian patty imo could be a cheesy hashbrown or a mix of veggies to make a hearty meal. I do hope that more chefs get creative with vegetarian options.
The pattie is Impossible, which is a competitor to Beyond. The nuggets are Tindle. Vegan just means no animal products used, but many vegan items are just as highly processed as non vegan items. There is nothing “heathy” about what you ate at Mr, Charlie’s.
