They're not saying that those rappers aren't good, k-hip-hop is amazing, and all of the artist you mentions are hella talented, what they're saying is that there aren't many rappers under the umbrella of kpop (being that zico is in a kpop group he falls under that category) that have the talent zico has. I'm pretty sure if you told any of the those rappers that they were your favourite kpop act, they'd stare at you like you were not right in the brain, because kpop is just not what they do.
