Hi Bethany! Love your vlog and I absolutely LOVE your channel. Someone mentioned your channel in a FB group I follow, about 3 weeks ago and I've been watching it ever since. I recently published my first book with accompanying workbook. Unfortunately, I did not realize that the publishing company contract did not include all aspects of marketing, literally days before my first book release. You and your channel have been such a blessing as I am quickly learning how to navigate thru this process. And because of you and your videos, my son and I created my official book trailer. @@BethanyAtazadeh thank you! Hey, I just watched a video by self publishing with Dale called “How I Saved $400” (or along those lines). He’s a member of the Alliance of Independent Authors and this makes it so the upload and update fees to IngramSpark are waived! Not sure if you knew that. 😃
These videos are so helpful and inspiring to me 😊 Thank you for doing them even though they are stressful!! Also, fArther for physical distance. This took me a long time too lol, but I think like "he threw the ball far" or "she lives far away," which helps me remember that if it's a literal physical difference, its farther and if it's intangible (like measuring success) it's further. Lol anyway, thank so much for all you do!! Your videos have taught me so much and get me pumped to start the self publishing journey!!

This was AMAZING! thank you for doing this 💛 as someone who's never done this before, it's really nice to see how it's done--and so so so motivating. can't wait to make my own board and (hopefully) some bullet journal spreads! i've been trying to get into bullet journaling for yeeears, but it never seems to stick

On the further/farther thing, every style sheet, publishing company, and even dictionary and writer has their own preference. Just be consistent. I prefer "a" for the word "farther" in relation to "distance," (cuz same letter in both = simpler).

I love that calendar board idea! Thank you for always sharing so much of your process! It's super helpful, and also comforting, because my proofreader did the same clean vs change tracker document, and I went in and did them by hand. I wondered if that was weird, or bad in some way, because the finished document is already DONE, so why do all that. But I'm glad to know it's not that bizarre jaja.

Especially because I forgot to say this in the video but sometimes an editor might not understand our specific vision and the change might not actually be right, so it can help us realize we need a different change instead. All in all though, so appreciate having an editor, makes a huge difference! :D
I have a question, some indie authors say that when the book goes beyond 200 pages, the sweet spot, it starts to affect the authors profit due to increase in printing costs by KDP, since your book i think you said 368 pages almost double your previous book, if you find this to be the case? thanks David

Why do you have a kdp paperback and an ingram spark? Why not just one? Same question for kdp and draft to digital?
More distribution, some sites have different content other sites dont have like pre-orders. You should watch more videos about those sites
