I booked an Ola S1 Air after using my Ola S1 for 6-7 months, and I believe Ola is a very good scooter that will beat Activa in 2-3 years because I saved so much money by shifting to EV. I suggest everyone go for Ola.

Inki s1pro old hi sahi hai. New wali me to old se jada problem aa rahe hai. Meri s1pro old ab tak 15500kms bhagi hai jada kuch problem nahi di hai.
Activa is best and no one can beat him. I personally using Activa 2014 model and it's working smoothly.

When the battery was 53% it didnt get
started and display was not coming. I was
out of station for some time. When i came
back and tried charging. It didnt charge. I
made complain. But service centre se call
aya ki deep discharge hua hai warranty nai
milegi. But fault 53% pe hi ayi thi.
They are not replacing battery under
warranty.
Thanks for sharing your experience. Deep discharge ka problem kafi log ignore krte hai. Real world scenario me deep discharge k against warranty toh milni hi chahiye

I had booked earlier for 80k( 5k less than actual price) but after the subsidy removal ola offered only offered me extended warranty not the discount 🤦

I have purchased the OLA scooter in month of May 2023 and by mid October scooter started malfunctioning. And when diagnosed, battery is faulty and needs replacement. It has been 21 days since the scooter is in Service for replacement of battery, Still no concrete answers from OLA SALES & SERVICE team. There are many more customers like me for some or other issued with the scooter and absolutely no customer service. OLA is only focussed on sales and probably they are getting the feedback from customers on ground and may be doing the R&D in their factory. Very pathetic situation in BHILAI. I would strongly request you all to look for other options. Please post and repost this, so that this reached to the deaf ears of OLA Management.

I've cancelled pro gen 2 and buying Activa. I recommend everyone to buy petrol vehicle only, ev scooter come with a lot of compromises.

You will have too much issues after several years because fossil fuels are getting low nowadays and people are switching to ev as they are cheap and efficient. But i still have activa 1st generation and it works nice 👍

It's a great scooter but service has major issues where in the service centre there are no slots available they have to focus on it.
Roy, but why do you want to service it? Yesterday Bhavish Agarwal said Ola does not have any service intervals like normal scooters. Also what parts servicing will they do?

I live in a small town, my concern is that, how will they provide service? What about parts like simple brakepads, leavers, cables? Will they provide doorstep service? Things like this is pushing me to ice scooters.

I also got S1 air... But its hub motor is vibrating and I given the bike to service center... 3 days ago... Its not repaired till date. 😢
Hub motors are more costly to design and manufacture and are more efficient. If Pro had hub motor, its price would have been even more..
Product is good.. but Bhavis should understand that service is very important. Today only got it for my relative

One has to suffer buying these electric scooters. No charging points. Worst build quality and expensive as well. Always worried thinking when the charge gets over.

Bhai ola ko fokat me praise mat karo. Jo company ko material science k bare ke nhi pata konsi chiz kitna sehsakta hai wo nhi pata usko upar utha kar koi fayeda nhi. Jo apne top speed par constantly nhi chal sakta usko kya kare ? Are company stand tak design nhi kar payi.
