I know a member of the SAR team....they out alot of work into it..and are called out alot...they are all bad asses...
Game Wardens authority is illegal as per the 4th Amendment of the US Constitution. WAKE UP!
Wary Tenpoint um no they are not ...they have laws that pertain to why they don't need a warrant...and they do not abuse it...get a life..
Your the type of person that would have all our animals extinct. Usually illegal poachers have that point of view. If you actually knew what went behind maintaining wild life you wouldn’t feel that way. It’s a ton of work that somebody has to do it.

@felixblaksley3246 with chat gpt you should very easily be able to read why they have that small loophole and what it applies too. Its even easier than google. If it is abused they get caught fast.
