I will not use his name, it will remain anonymous! But a wise old country boy told me once upon a time, an unwritten law! Always leave the place where you are enjoying mother nature in better shape then when you got there! If he ever reads this, he'll know! He will always have a place in my heart! This is the kind of worldly wisdom we need!
That's very true. This is my moms account but I'm a conservation student I learned that in the beaging of the year.

If you have to say "it isn't my trash" you probably contributed. I always pick up trash where I'm camping or fishing. On judgment day it'll all be seen and remembered, alot of people forget about that nowadays.

Is the name of the town “Northern” or are you in Northern Maine

Zumwalt when Mainers refer to Northern Maine it is the Northern part of the state , not a town. Some of it is referred to as the Northwoods. When you hear a Mainer say they are from the county they mean Aroostook county .
