The moment I heard this song I instantly thought about these two (I actually do believe it has been written for them, like literally) and I felt the urgency to make a video, but never found the time until now (thank you Christmas Holiday, ily!).
Oh and I hope you guys had the most amazing Christmas Day and I sincerely wish you all the best wishes for 2014!

This film is my favourite of all time because when I watch it, or when I see something connected to it (like this video) I feel secure. Sad, heartbroken but secure, as if I was in someone loved's arms. It gives me confidence, because then I know there is love, even though it can be an unhappy love, there are great people, cause of Ennis and Jack, there is progress, cause now Ennis and Jack could have been happy, there is beauty, in landscapes, in people, there is Heath alive, there is little Jake, there are two actors who acted brave when they agreed to make this movie, and there is a director who wanted to change things. And that's the only movie which makes me feel that way, and that's why Brokeback Mountain is a masterpiece. Cause in 20 years I will still know that if I feel lost and dreamless, I can watch this movie.

I know how you feel
This movie is haunting me, it's sadness breaks my heart and leaves it in pieces. But when I read how other people felt the same way when watching it as I did, I feel that there is a bond that deeply connects human to human: we are all touched by love, by suffering, and we feel compassion even for fictional characters. Reading your comment made me feel "secure" (to use your word), as it reminds me that I am not alone in feeling a certain way. Sinon, ton anglais est impeccable. ;)
Another example of live your life and love who you want to love because people are not here forever and you could never get a chance to be happy because your love didn't fit into what society think it should.
In case you didn’t get it: the shirts were the ones they had on when they first met and when they had the fight. When Delmar found it in Jacks closet it had Jacks shirt over his. Showing he felt like he loved him more than Delmars loved him and they were together. At the end Delmars shirt was placed over Jacks symbolism that he loved him back and he loved him just as much and they would stay together. That’s why he didn’t get remarried either.
And lastly even though there love was hidden in the closet it’s not diminished by that at all. They still loved just a deep.

MgKo KoKo We are 2 now haha I just watched the movie 4 days ago and I already have watched it 4 times! (One each day since the first) somehow It captivated me in a way that no other movie have done, I just think about It and feel a pain that I have ever feel (Add that Heath died and then I'm a ball of sadness)
You are so right, this song IS written for their story, but you managed to edit it wonderfully and made it even more fitting. I don't think I'll ever be over this movie and its characters. You definitely showed why it touched so many people's hearts, through wonderful scene choices and voiceovers. I'm just in love with this!

wow, I just realized this too! And even more, Jack's shirt was over Ennis' hanging in his closet. Such a nice sentiment, saw this firm multiple times but never caught that. I just thought it was the shirt he had on when they had the fight.

Ennis loved him SO MUCH. I know it's obvious but I'm always focus on how much Jack loved him and wanted everything with him. But in videos like this I realise Ennis was too in love but it was harder for him because he couldn't show it that easily. He couldn't express it.
