Brokeback Mountain. I love this movie. It's so touching. It's one of the best love-stories I've ever seen. Oh yes, I forgot to write: I'm a slasher ;) Hope it's not surprising. Well... I spent little time to edit this vid in consideration of its duration (about 5 min) because I didn't use any special effects. It's very simple. Just a set of frames. Do you know what? I'm a coloring-addicted person ;D I can't finish project if I'm not satisfied with a coloring.

God dammit, Jack & Ennis's relationship does something to my heart in ways I cannot describe. No other movie has ever brought me such happiness, anger, love and pain. Brokeback Mountain will forever be the most beautiful love story.

@@callmebyurname4830 Except that Brokeback Mountain is really a tale of Love's Labour's Lost; while Call Me By Your Name is about a love that is found and fulfilled, but ultimately ended. (Or is it? I guess we'll have to wait for the sequel.)

The fact that Heath Ledger did not win Best Actor for this picture is one of the true (and ultimately tragic) mistakes in all Oscars History.
Heath won something more powerful than an Oscar...he forever won our hearts.

I think it's so sad how they never got to say goodbye. They left it on an argument on what could've ben, little did they know that'd be the last time they saw each other. And how Jack died before that letter even arrived.

I thought it was those homophobes in the bar playing pool that went after Jack. Those Texas towns are small, people never move. They should have stayed together so Ennis could protect Jack.
When I finished this film I could feel a deep pain in my chest. I think this film genuinely broke my heart. I will never forget this beautiful movie and the emotions that it makes me feel. Thank-you Heath Ledger R.I.P.

This movie takes you apart and puts you back together a different person. A piece is permanently missing.
When i first watched Brokeback Mountain all those years ago, it was with my best friend and we had no idea what we were in for. We were joking and not really paying attention until the scene in the tent came up. I remember both of us went quite and not a single joke was uttered until we reached the end credits. Both of us cried for Ennis and Jack and since then we have watched it countless times together and always berated ourselves for not taking it seriously at first. All these years later, it still remains one of the best films, and THE best love story that i have ever seen on the screen.
I cry every time I watch it
This movie led me to tears because love, true love, has no guarantee. Love, true love, is for the gutsy. It does not knock on the door twice. It's simply an invitation to a higher vibration of the soul sparked by the unpronounceable communion with an alien yet familiar soul that has our Key, and with whom we fly off the ground.

I remember buying the DVD when it came out, Heath Ledger being my absolutely favourite actor at the time (he still is one of them) and BBM the first 'gay' movie I watched, I think. I've always adored it, but it took me years to realize how strong a love must actually be to continue existing over such a long period of time and in that circumstances as Ennis' and Jack's. It's an amazing and bitter story. After all these years I'm still not over how it ended.

I'm not exaggerating when I say this movie quite literally had me in pieces. I think at first I was shocked and speechless, and stared blankly at random websites in my silent desperation for some closure. But the following three days I was engulfed in manic depression where I couldn't stop bawling. Somewhere in my subconscious, I also conflated Heath Ledger's real life death with the visceral tragedy in Brokeback Mountain. I felt empty and weak. This song and this video became the background score of those three days. It was as tear inducing as it was cathartic. Because I had not heard this song before, I now relate it to the movie as much as I do that beautiful score. They've become inseparable. Thank you for this!

Jack and Ennis were definitely soulmates. It's heartbreaking how real this is, and much more how the perpetrators probably didn't even pay the price for what they did. I wish in another life, they get reborn, but this time things are better for the both of them.

I've seen this movie like, 5, or 6 years ago for the first time. Of course I criend like a kid in kindergarten, but yesterday I watched it again after, pretty long time, and I cried a whole movie.
Heath (rest in peace legend) and Jake did such a great job in this movie and I believed their love with every single look into their eyes, with every breath they take. They prooved that LOVE HAS NO RULES.
