So is it standard nowdays to have concerts with such low volume you can hear the special effects? (Fireworks, confetti cannons etc) I just saw Within Temptation a few weeks ago, and had the same issue... could hear the smoke machines over the music, which, even in the first third of the crowd was not particularily loud... :\
