This is really very hard time sir..i usually don't cry, not even when my dad passed away recently..just to be my mom's strength.. i am waiting for ibps po result now..my heart says i am going to get this job..but this delay is very much depressing..today while studying suddenly i got tears and i started saying i want job just like a kid.. and my little sis ran towards mom saying akka is crying.. totally depressed in this situation sir

True, presently m working as BM and all my staffs r 50+. They are not computer friendly and can do only basic banking like receive of deposit and withdrawal and opening of term deposit acs. Its too difficult to handle them.
Sir I think office environment in banks are different from government offices. As I listen from my father and uncle who serve in Railways bureaucracy is very hardcore and protocol is maintained in very rigid manner

I read Geeta on daily basis, lord Krishna is my role model. He is best Manager of world. Without participating in war , He managed Mahabharata effectively. Besides our God , He is best example of effective Manager
