Just Surrender! What is Just Surrender? The idea that surrendering trumps theory by a huge margin. Thinking, talking, and planning are good, but the greatest point of leverage for getting results is just to surrender. Why is it Important? Without surrender you will not get any results. The reason you don't have what you want is probably because you aren't surrendering enough.
True message, but hard to fulfill when everyone you deal with is extremely immature on average (5 people, work+home, 3 extremely immature ones and 2 quite immature) and you have to take charge of three times as much stuff as one should (including self care) while having little in return other than living a half-decent life instead of complete hell. Nearly no true dialogue or cooperation, no organization, no planning, no roles, no mutual comprehension, no cleaning, no fixing things, no income. That while juggling with multiple mental and physical health complications. The only solace is that _it could easily be a lot worse_ if I wasn't putting the effort (or if two of the people were more immature than the other three) and that _it might get slightly better over time_ with consistent effort, which is what keeps me going.
