I've been to Vegas twice this year. I have found that it is very hit or miss with the SAs and the service you receive. Whereas at Wynn on my previous visit I did not have good experience, on my last visit, I met a wonderful SA. Same was true at Bellagio, where I found a gem of an SA. And at Crystals, the service was polite but that's about it and that was fine. Vegas receives about 40% of it's visitors from outside the US. And as one SA at a luxury jewelry store told me, it is in the sales person's best interest to be friendly and helpful to all. Someone might not be able to afford a piece you covet today, but a hot night at the tables or slots, and they may be back the next day to purchase it.
Ahhh, I enjoyed your review. I live in Vegas and have SA's at two of the locations you covered. I agree that most people who complain are because they did not get offered what they want, which is a bag. The word NO is hard to swallow to most. I've learned to build my relationship with my SA's. When something is available they let me know. I don't expect anything to avoid disappointment. Happy New Year🎉
@danielintheantipodes6741, Thank you for the positive comment, Also, because of your screen name I was impelled to look up what is "antipodes", and find myself contemplate how it could be a personification of ones ethos. Thought provoking... I hope you have a great day!
Happy New Year. I visit these Hermes in Vegas every year and I’ve never felt anything other than welcoming and helpful service from them. Constant support and kindness and I’m a black woman in America I feel like some people are so entitled and sensitive for sure and it’s radar to an SA.

My Bellagio Vegas SA usually text me back and forth if she has any bags for me. I live in California.
I’d like to add that the Wynn boutique will order your shoes for you and send them to your home if they don’t have your size 😂
