I’ve had my first pair of hokas for two years so they’ve definitely paid for themselves lol Ordered my second pair which should be in tomorrow and I’m so excited!!
I just got the same shoes for the same purpose but with a wide fit. I've never had arch support issues, so I can't speak to that, but hopefully, you can find a shoe that works out for you.
I would like to know what you mean when you say "add an extra insole". I wonder if you are like stacking them, one on top of the other, or replacing the insole the shoes come with with another one you find more appropriate for your feet. If you are stacking them, then maybe that could be the source of the problem. But I don't know, I'm not a native English speaker, so I might have gotten confused over nothing.
I have to add an arch support to most of my shoes. this is really for shoes that don't have any insert in them. I don't stack multiple, that would make the shoe too tight I think.
Have you tried the Powerstep insoles with the rigid arch support? Been buying a new pair of them with every shoe I’ve bought in the last 15 years, including my Bondi, and they’re incredible.
Thank you for the thorough and sincere review :D I have decided not to buy it unless it's on sale
Glad I could help! its definitely a HUGE purchase, but hoka does have a great return policy thankfully
