This is best box on market period of all the certified boxes this is the most affordable formuler and zidoo and all those boxes you like are really good but extremely expensive no one has a $1,000 to waste Onn streaming devices are my go to outside of Nvidia shield pro. And using own media to watch shows and movies cost a lot large sized storage and nas devices are very expensive. If you have the money that's great but the average person doesn't have the budget for high end sound and media setup. This box is perfect for the everyday person with the average budget
Obviously I appreciate what you're saying. You're absolutely correct. But all formulas are not thousands of dollars. And since you don't know me nor my company, we're all about the people that don't have enough money. We've helped thousands of people get TV the legal way by using these devices and other devices over the years. So my point is this and will always be this. You can't stay at a bottom base unit and expect to get the best out of it unless you prefer it. I prefer giving a customer what they want, when they want and how they want it. If it's this box then get it. I'm always going to talk about formuler because if you look closely enough it kind of looks like this one www.formuler.tv/gtv
And then you bring up the Nvidia shield pro which is about $149 to $169. So you kind of contradict yourself when you talk about up-to-date units. I always run into the Nvidia faithful where you can't just let it go and see that you're already behind because the formuler z11 promax destroys any and every Nvidia shield. And I can prove it by 80 new customers over the last 4 months who have switched from the Nvidia shield to the z11 pro Max and the first thing out of their mouth is "wow" at how fast it is.
I got the onn pro 4k box week ago ,fully loaded it ,great box works so smoothly if loaded right u can say hey google turn on tv, hey google open up whatever app u have in the box ,plus fully loaded 60 apps all newest stuff and works with out buffering great box.
The TiVo 4k is a good device also.... looking forward to buying the new Onn box.

@@thestreammachine8967 heh, do you guys have a customer service number? I am looking to get some info on upgrading my equipment for streaming. I have spectrum ISP. I am not new to streaming but have knowledge of how it works. I currently use a TiVo 4k as my device. Spectrum throttles, well they all do. Just bought a VPN to help for that. Just wanted to get some info.

Thanks for the breakdown. Question, when you were talking about ads, you mentioned getting only 900+ ads on another box over several years, vs 364 ads on this one in just one day. What was the other box/device you mentioned? A Google ?

I have the regular onn 4k box and really like it. I only run a few good apks so I'm not gonna upgrade I'm good with what I got now. Great review tho.

The fact I can actually use a third party launcher without issue Vs with firestick there is always an issue and it's been said so it's simply worth it to switch whether it's the pro or the previous model. Living in small town Walmart only had the pro or the 2k version in store so just went with the pro after selling my 4k max.

On this unit I use a custom launcher cuz I can always switch back and forth

Storage 32 GB has me wanting it n ram 3gb N there two remotes but u have random chance at the backlit n blue free tv button in middle of the remote is one I would want but its random I need least one for the collection

Found ONN 4K PRO last week Walmart North Texas, Excellent streaming box it's fast you notice 3 GB RAM I like 32 GB Storage plus Hey Google commands hands free. I can record shows without loading up the streaming box making everything act stupid like a previous stick I own, has lots of pro's some con's not worth mentioning. I found some huge Firestick Fans find issues with it, if you look hard enough you can find fault with anything. It's funny these same people complained about Firestick switching to Vega system, ADB Debugging not working after update recommended looking for a Firestick replacement or killer.

I have most tv devices .. all fire stick versions, tivo stream 4k, onn 4k tv , Nvidia shield...... I use the Nvidia shield most... One thing it has that all others don't is there AI upscaler chip which makes my HD look UHD .. and with 16gb of storage I can't see how I would use 32gb

Another Pro could be the find my remote button.
the biggest pro for this box is it's wifi, i have 500mb speed and this box on the test gets up to the 450s consistently,no other box i've ever tested gets over 140mb speed. Unless you live in a gigantic house,this box wont need to be connected directly and no need to spend money on that ridiculous usb hub to get a 1 gig connection on it

I'm trying to put the blockcada app on my favorite on my oon 4k streaming it won't let me , how can it be done ?
I'm currently using a very old version of blokada 4. If you're using an Android device, you can go to the Google Play store and look for the latest version. I would suggest going to their website and maybe sideloading it like I did. community.blokada.org/t/where-can-i-download-blokada/372

I have 300 download speed but with this box am only getting around 71...its hard wire not wifi even the wifi is cap at 71...my other googlebox or nvidia shield get the full speed of 300......any help am i missing something in settings thanks
The box only goes up to 100 mbps
Needing to know if I can record live IPTV with this box?
I think you will need apps like Tivimate or IMplayer premium to perform that

Im a firestick fan with 3 Maxes and 3 4ks. replaced one of the 4ks with the Onn 4k and loved it. performed the same, if not a little better. just got my Pro yesterday and replaced one of the Maxes. I have yet to see a drop off in performance. i thought my 1 con was going to be the size, but i actually like the look of the box and dont mind putting it on display

This doesn't kill the Firestick 4k Max, I wish it did but it has alot missing that the firestick does, as for example.

@@Viper1171 Why do people get the fire stick for? For most an inexpensive way to sideload third party apps on a streaming device. I just want to stream on a 1080p tv with stereo speakers. Not necessarily for a top of the line sound system. But, that's just me.

Never came in talked to Walmart support on the app they was sold out at warehouse so cancelled order gonna just try catch them in at my local Walmart soon as I can
Walmart had atleast one in stock at my local Walmart I ordered to have it delivered today costed me more cause of having delivered so soon and subscribing to Walmart plus but I don't drive so willing to pay more to get it sooner

Hated the box. Couple apks wouldn’t even run on it. Was very sluggish. I also hated the remote. Sold it after one day.

Thanks for being concerned, but I never do but because we sell a lot of different devices you'd be surprised of how many customers or people think it's okay.
What we have to realize is there are more people trying to learn how to stream like you and I that don't know this so they have to be educated, taught, and directed.

One thing Nvidia Shields do not have is an internal application to run IPTV whereas the formuler z11 promax not only has that, but it also has an application called myTV online plus where you can wirelessly connect any Android device soon to be Apple device so you could take it with you when you travel. Nothing because I've owned Shields. Beats a Formuler z11 promax absolutely nothing. But we can agree to disagree
@@thestreammachine8967 The topic was on the technical specifications & I was just pointing out that the Nvidia Shield TV Pro wins hands down. For the illegial IPTV app installed on an adroid box, well that's what your paying for...not high technical specs and performance. The Nvidia Shield TV Pro has the highest bench mark score & the most frequent updates over all android devices, just saying.

Ease of use is a pro but then a cluttered homepage is a con...rushed video at best. LoL just take some real time to check out the device before putting this basic video out.
No I think I got it right. Obviously you like what you like and I didn't rush anything out because I normally don't use these devices. But hey, why don't you make one and show me a better way?
Secondly, the devices I use I only have my apps on there. I don't need other applications like Tubi haystack news and things of that nature unless I want to put them there. I stand by what I said that homepage is cluttered with all kinds of other people's stuff. But thanks for your input
