Fix My Kite - Ozone High Volume Valve Replacement Kit

When replacing the older ozone
Kite valves with the new high volume valves this is the kit including 1 strut and 1 leading edge valve, hose , hose collars and hose clamp.

Getting the retainer locking collars on is not easy. Tried soapy water and hot water and pushing as hard as I can but still cant them fully seated. Any more tips???
