  • Craving something endulgent, but trying to eat healthy. Enjoy a healthy and delicious almond banana shake with this simple recipe. Packed with nutrients, this shake is perfect for a quick and easy breakfast or snack.
    Ingredients
    4 Frozen bananas
    5 to 6 pitted dates
    3/4 to 1 cup of almond milk ( the less milk the thicker the shake )
    Step 1
    Peel the bananas and freeze them solid.
    Step 2
    Add the milk and the dates and blend well, then add the bananas and blend till smooth.
    Step 3
    Pour and serve immediately. this should make two 10 to 12oz. shakes.
