Great info. Appreciated the little sidelights on impressions at the beginning.

While Trump may have been unconscious in court, the juror's subconscious bias against a defendant's right not to testify is what Anna meant to comment on.

Trump has said more than once...Those that plead the 5th must be guilty.

What was the timing on the decision for Trump not to testify? Did the defense put on Costello to demonstrate to Trump why he should not get on the stand?

Susan deserves a raise! Brilliant questioning using Emails. She knows her evidence docs. Costello "...they speak for themselves"
"They only SOMETIMES speak for themselves..."
    Which is it?

No no, Costello tried to get those points across in the Grand Jury, but same as the situation the Grand Jury cut Costillo off.

Huskies are much more likely to have blue eyes, so that’s my guess

Ok, this back and forth with the Judge and Costello was actually over the top. Even Dershwitz was really pissed off as to how the Judge handled that. Really weird experience I'd say ?

Keep in mind all of you viewers that Costillo was a prosecutor for about 40 plus years?

Who wouldn't be. Compare Lawyers in Impeachment trials. Just as bad and that was just McConnell's Senate!

Did Trump need to be aware of 15.172 in order to want to conceal it?

Ok, when the Red Head questions as to if Trump should testify or not . Have any of these people putting up this video ever been accused of something and been put in the situation ?

Trump has, many times. Witnessed Roy Cohn with father and he himself with Contractors. Brought a $500 million lawsuit against Michael Cohen, but Drumpf wouldn't sit for his own deposition. So the coward dropped the suit. Mockery and waisted taxpayer $$$..
      Impeachments also🤮🤮🤮

The whole topic behind this trial discussed in public is whether Trump is being tried when nobody else would be tried. I feel the heart of that matter is that nobody else would have done these acts, or if they did and got caught they would have plead out to a minor infraction and paid a fine. Trump never admits anything. That is both his strength and may be his downfall.
