    Should of saved him the trip, you can't compare Norwegian criminals to American criminals, the whole country of Norway only has 5 million people, NYC has 8 million alone. Like comparing a lone well fed pet bird to trying to feed a group of pigeons in the park, survival instinct of nurtured species.

      Joe mama terrible analogy. It's obvious the American punishment or drug war programs do not work. The idea is you try different approaches so you know which works best.
