We are moving from California to San Antonio on military orders this summer. Your videos have been SO helpful - you have no idea. Thank you!!!!!!
That’s why I make them. I have PCS’ed many times and the first thing I did was research the area I was going to. If your looking for a Realtor, I will be happy to assist you guys. If you have a Realtor already, stick with them and use my videos as a guide.
Loved every minute of this Jason!
Thank you for a great video and for ALWAYS SHOWING THE PANTRY
I have learned how important that is.
Do u do VA loans?
I am a Realtor but I can put you in contact with a lender that specializes in VA loans. A lot of my clients use the VA loan program.
Hey Jason how are you how many square feet and how much😎
2793 sq ft and as of 17 Feb 2022 per the David Weekley Homes website. They have the Rymer plan for sale at $$489k. That's with a 2 car garage.
And the price &?
Prices have changed considerable since I did this video. If you text me (210-254-4425) your phone number I can contact the sales agent to find out current asking price.
the price of this Home
My client got this house under contract to be built from dirt. As of Feb 2022 this house would be low to mid 5s depending on what updates are added.
Nipple light in the office room unbelievable
Buyers will be putting a fan of their choosing in that room at a lower cost than the builder will do it. So sticking with builder grade lights in secondary rooms is not a bad Idea.
