OK, looking good so far. I'm in the process of doing the same thing, I really didn't want to buy a Rebrickable plan. I scrapped the nicely manicured pond or at least changed it a bit and might even change it out for trans blue tiles instead of the trans blue windows that give it some depth as I want a stream to flow through my whole park area and to look consistent. I almost don't want the tree in the middle but I'm not sure if there's anything better that can go into that dome area. The biggest challenge so far has been adapting to a mils plate but I think I have that figured out now. I just posted a video with where I'm at after much trial and error. Looking forward to the next part, subscribed and liked.

Thank you! And I agree! I prefer to do my own build than buy a Rebrickable. My current plan is to place the my build on either 1.5 or 2 baseplates. Although I like the water depth created with the trans blue panels I can appreciate the tile approach. The pond situation is on my to do list this weekend. I appreciate you watching and commenting! 😄

Most people dublicate short wing but I like this modification so much better. I didn't double pond, just extended that green area so there's a place for one more tree and a picnic🙄

Thank you and I agree!! I didn’t make sense to double the short wing to me. A picnic area is definitely needed!! 😃

Fantastic stuff. Do you think you’ll make plans for this on Rebrickable when it’s finished? Great looking MOC either way, kudos.

I appreciate you kind words!! There’s more to come! I’ve completed enclosing the building and am working on an update video! Eventually I could create rebrickable instructions if there’s enough interest! Thanks for watching!
