Why would they shift? They are under tension once wrapped around the valve post and hold perfectly. They slide up and down the harness due to not being under tension
@@chesterchong8704 To get into the harness, you slide them down. Once in and prior to attaching the wing bungee, you slide them back up. Then when in the water, you attach them as you normally would to the cylinder valves. They stay in the place the entire dive.
