Well, depending on what side of the apartment you live in, yes. This is to be expected in Melbourne's Southbank suburb though as it's where all the tallest buildings in Melbourne are built.

For 150 years they couldn't build anything over 2 stories high in that area because it was a drained swamp. Then in the 1980s they started building taller and taller buildings. There is a concert hall nearby that has it's foundations surrounded by a sealed membrane so it can float if the foundations subside.

This is ANOTHER damper used in the building but use by liquid form rather the shifting foundation in Shin Osaka.
This one also is ANOTHER landmark of Melbourne City parallel to Eureka, but hard to tell the direction from its 4 yellow brims compared with Eureka's tip yellow plate mark.
Too bad didn't have EYE-WIT to see how the top crane climbing down for all overseen constructing process. But I did have an exceptional chance to sit in that skyscraper once while the top still in construction. At least I got a special invisible epic bookmark of my life.

I still very much oppose the idea of counting spires and antennae for the architectural height of towers and skyscrapers, seems like a very vain way to lay claim to the tallest structure of a given region.
