These late 50's and early 60's mowers only had 4 1/2 hp to 5 hp motors and they did work just fine but kind of making a grown man look silly . Mowing a small yard . You have to mow every weekend just to keep up and not get the grass growing to long . This mowers could not handle tall grass .
