    Goede tips ivm het reinigen van de alcantara/microvezel! Ik had reeds geprobeerd met sterk verdund microvezel wasmiddel, maar dit gaf weinig resultaat.

    Does the Fabric coat affect the feel and texture of the Alcantara after application?

    • @GYEON_official
      @GYEON_official  3 года назад +4

      With proper application, any fabric coated with Q² FabricCoat will remain the same in terms of feel and shape, that's also valid for Alcantara.
      Cheers,
      T.

    Do your white hand applicators also have a plastic barrier to stop too much product from being soaked up?

    • @GYEON_official

      No, only the new coating applicator has it.

    What do I use for suede leather? It looks like alcantara. Fabric cleaner/coat or leather cleaner/coat?

    • @GYEON_official
      @GYEON_official  3 года назад +1

      Suede is very rarely used in new modern cars. Alcantara is a brand name and people are familiar with that but there are other company’s that have similar products. These can be threated as fabric, so FabricCleaner is the way to go.

    If I have an overspraying of fabric coat on the leather part of the seat, how I can to remove it?

    • @GYEON_official
      @GYEON_official  3 года назад +2

      A damp microfibre and a couple of spritzes of InteriorDetailer should do the job.

    in the minute 2:03 yves said that you can use a extractor, i have a wet/dry vacuum. Can i use it?

    • @GYEON_official
      @GYEON_official  3 года назад +1

      Absolutely - it will do the job just fine!
      Make sure, however, to let the fabric dry completely afterwards.

    Can you steam after applying fabric cleaner to carpets?

    It wont leave a crunchy feeling on the seats if you dont extract them ?

    • @GYEON_official
      @GYEON_official  2 года назад

      No, not when you use Q2M FabricCleaner, we specially made a formula to prevent this happening. On carpets this might be less important, on seats it is.

    How about using wet coat as a "fabric" coat?

    • @GYEON_official

      We make products that are designed and tested on specific tasks. Wetcoat on fabrics is absolutely not supported by us. For fabrics we have our dedicated FabricCoat.

    Why is your Fabric Coat so expensive? Because of the added SiO2? 125ml costs 20€..

    • @GYEON_official
      @GYEON_official  3 года назад +1

      Formulation of Q² FabricCoat is complex, using high end raw materials. Long term performance comes as a price.

    Fabric Coat is not very good. Bought the big bottle of Q2R, $150 because Gyeon tech said it was more concentrated. Used it on it on carpet and dirt and pollen got inbeded on the carpet, I asked them about it and they said that it doesn't keep dirt away even though they clearly advertise it to. They said, too bad only works to repel water. Why would I care to repel water? Made the carpets sticky and dirty. Does repel water, I'll give them that.

    • @GYEON_official
      @GYEON_official  7 месяцев назад

      If the surface became sticky, we may assume over usage of product or not perfect spread of the product.
