A lot of people don’t realize how labor intensive a full interior detail can be. If you go fast - results suffer. Just relax, put on some music, take a coffee and tea break, and settle in - you are gonna be there a while. AND, CHARGE ACCORDINGLY FOR YOUR TIME. Don’t work 8 hours for a number you could of got working at McDonald’s. CRAFTSMANSHIP COMES AT A PREMIUM - SO CHARGE IT.
Hi Yves, Best of all,Impressive work, amazing end result. You surprise me every time with new techniques that I haven't seen to anyone before. Definitely the best detailer . All the best, greatings from Germany.
Good one Yves. I've been waiting for this video. Gyeon has taken detailing to another level for sure! It's a far cry from the days of the Simonize or Blue Coral Wax at your local auto parts store. Can't wait to see what Gyeon has in store for the future.
Yes, we have easy products we can use instead of traditional waxes, but some people still prefer them. Simoniz should be pretty decent carnauba wax still today. Maybe it was just used incorrectly before internet (before applicators and microfiber). People (like me) used old t-shirts and cotton waste for spreading and polishing, and most used way too much wax, so it never really hazed. And probably the paint preparation was also done very poorly. I would love to try Simoniz now, if it really is with original recipe. I'm sure it's a very good wax. In Finland it got a nick name Hiki-Simppa. Simppa is very common nick name for all Simo's, which is very common name here. And "hiki" means sweat 😂
This is - once again - an awesome detail performed by Yves, thanks for that. Is there a listing somewhere of all the tools/equipment used, if not, would it be possible to list this also?
Incredible workmanship Yves. You have a LOT of cool toys in your shop. Guessing that was a Flex shop vac? I am a certified Carpro homer but after coating 4 cars in Mohs Evo and absolutely loving it I am looking deeper into the Gyeon world to see what I am missing. Cheers! Specialized Car Works - USA
Thanks. The vac was indeed a FLEX. Regarding Q²Mohs EVO is absolutely on another level, we worked really hard on that development and it a pretty unique product. Regards, Y.
Hi Andrew - all are videos are made to home DIY, we've noted your comment for future videos. Feel free to let us know which topic would need to be covered that way. T.
There is no such product. You can try to hide/mask scratches by cleaning the plastic first with Q²M VinylCleaner and adding afterwards some Q²M Preserve. Regards, Y.
It’s a tool that is used to wrap edges on PPF or wraps. Sorry, no clue where you can get that in Canada. Check a well established PPF installer, he will know. Regards, Y.
As long as it doesn’t harm your skin it will be fine on plastics. Depending of what you want you always can tune the pressure down for a “softer” clean out. Regards, Y.

We made it dark for a reason. The main goal is to truly see defects or imperfections, the human eye needs contrast and by having dark walls the light is absorbed and not reflected. Fancy white walled studios with hexagon light setups may look impressive and can be great for customer delivery’s but are not what you need to do high quality paint corrections. Regards, Y.
@@GYEON_official Well that makes sense for the paint and exterior but don't you need more light for the interior? It's certainly was too dark in the video to see clearly what's happening.
@joebloggs4191 That’s the choice of the video production team but even in an interior a dark inspection might show you what you didn’t clean properly. If it looks good in the dark with a single headlight, it for sure will look good in daylight. Regards, Y.
Hi Magnus, if you read the label from the product stay there that It is recommended to do a small test and apply the product on a less visible surface. All products are recommended to be tested beforehand.
@@GYEON_official Hi. Sprayed cleaner directly on fabric seat (not a whole lot), agitated with leather brush, sprayed water on seat and mopped up with microfiber. Have also tried to spray on leather brush instead of seat and agitate with leather brush and mopped with dry microfiber. I did not notice anything after cleaning, but a day or two later I noticed milky white stains in the seats. Also tried it on other surfaces like an old child seat and sofa with similar results. I have also noticed it stains bad with overspray. I have not had problems like this with other fabric cleaners. Maybe I got a bad bottle?
Ok, for a light clean, I really suggest to spray it on the towel, agitate and wipe off with a second one. Letting product sit on fabric is not a problem as long as it does not dry out but more importantly is the waterhardness you have in your water, this can cause mineral staining as well. Regards, Y.
@@GYEON_official water hardness not a problem here. I have also tried spraying with ONR before final wipe. Are you suggesting final wipe with a wet or dry microfiber?
The scrubbing of plastics and applying steam to carpets is a game changer. Nice work Yves

whats the red tool you are using with the microfiber towel for the crevices?
It’s a tool that is used for wrapping cars. A kind of a thin squeezy.

Normally I'm a fan Yves, but this video is to dark, to cinematic, less visible what you do. Also the products should be mentioned while applying

Never knew fabric seats still exist
Of course they do and some of us prefer them.
Leather seats are getting more rare day by day cause many manufactures are changing real leather to syntetic leather.
