Abram deserves an Oscar!
All I can say to this video in particular is Wow!
אלף תודות!🙏🌹❤️
God bless you and your family.
Pharaoh can only count to 10 because of the plagues.
On another note, this is probably the most thorough practice of numbers ever accomplished in a Hebrew class. So helpful.

@@AlephwithBeth I am grateful to you dear professors and all the department members, wonderful ministry of the Holy Spirit through you to the world of biblical Hebrew to various disciplines of theological studies. I want to be in contact with you in learning about Hebrew lessons. Is there any possibility to connect with you for special learning on some meanings of Niphal, Piel, Pual, Hiphil, Hophal, Hithpael verbs.
Thank you

Outstanding Avram! The lead-in made me think of Gold Sickness from LotR. 😆 Good timing for this lesson, too. It would have been a struggle for me when we first learned numbers some lessons back.

🎶 😊 🎶 The instrumental middle eastern music you use in the videos is beautiful! Are the songs available on RUclips or elsewhere?
The music is stock music we get through Storyblocks.com
@@AlephwithBeth Thank you! :-)
I had a math prof who was into תורת מספרים. How would you say "the number of scissors"?
Gratidão.
Thank you kindly for this video. I just want to express a doubt about this lesson: From 5:43 to 7:10, I don´t understand why the initial letter bet in banym/banot takes dagesh in some cases and in the other cases doesn't. Maybe this is a point that will be explained later in this course. Meanwhile I hesitate to pronounce banym/banot rather than vanym/vanot. I don't necessarily expect an answer immediately. Shalom!
Hi! The answer to your question is explained in our Grammar Lessons document from Lesson 13.3:

@@AlephwithBeth Thanks a million! This made my day. God bless you.

Somewhat tangentially, can someone explain the mysterious spelling and vocalisation of the name “Issachar” in Hebrew? Is the first letter sin doubled and the second silent? Is it just one of those things?
I'm curious about that too. 🤔 Strangely, I noticed that for the first time reading this morning, then again watching this video
As far as I know, it's just one of those weird things... if anyone out there has an explanation, do tell!
Im trying to find the value of Babel tower in Hebrew. I used Google translate to translate Babel tower to Hebrew. Here is it מגדל בבל and on Wikipedia it's written as מִגְדַּל בָּבֶל. Please want to know the numerical value. Thanks for your time
You can use a gematria calculator online. Migdal is 77 and Babel is 34.
👍

Is the spelling of thirteen at 1:26 missing a ו ?
Obrigada, amo vocês!!!
I wonder why it changes from "ve" to "oo" before shmoneh. They are both before a sheen. 🤔
It's the shewa vowel at the beginning of שְׁמֹנֶה that makes it change to וּ. 😊

Muahahahaha....
Thanks God bless you
Doubt: is that eser or aser for TEN?
'eser feminine, 'asar masculine. The 'ayin kinda interferes with the e vowel.
