The vast amount of the population during the Depression lived in the country. Now, most people live in bigger cities. It will make it much harder to survive.

People back then,especially in country areas had the skills resources ,water supply,resilience and community. Very few in the cities now have any of these ,most would perish , gangs would take control of the few resources.

I enjoyed this video. I think alot of the comments came from younger people that do not not any patients. They want everything now. The me generation, undisciplined and self centered. They're the one's that will not make it through tough times.
They need to learn from different points of view. And to be patient, because when things get really tough. They're the one's that will not survive.

The governments in America, Canada, France and Great Britain have made sure that there are way less farms/farmers. Some states in America no matter you land size you can not have cows chickens etc or a big garden.
That is what are.goverment, president biden and his administration has done to help us.

@@SurvivalCaveFood I'm one of many who think that things are going to get bad very soon. I want to hear tips from old timers how they actually survived the hard times. Most of us don't need half an hour of back story or whatever. Just assume we know our past and want to explore ideas to help us prepare for the hard times based on how our great grandparents survived the 1930's. You can always link an intro video if you feel the need. Thanks for listening.
