I will do a video on it. Basically, remove the top screw on each side for the brackets, remove the screw for the reset rod at the top and it comes right off the base.
this one is specifically for the Frankford Arsenal powder measurers both on press and bench mounted. We are working on one for the Hornady powder measurers, then Dillon and will be making a universal vibratory.
Can you show us how to empty a full powder measure. I wish they had a quick release or quick drain.

Does it requerente metal baffle piece? Or I should remove it?
@francx2008 the Frankford Arsenal uses a plastic baffle, you keep it in place as normal
