To be fair RUclips is bigger than ever. There are soooo many youtubers that are popular in their own rights and you just wouldn’t be able to add them all. BUT I also agree that RUclips is really weird with how they pick sometimes. There’s people that have had huge subscriber counts forever and had surged in the past couple years and still aren’t on RUclipsRewind

I will say that it is better than 2018 as well, not just because nothing (apart from 2019 onwards) could be worse than 2018, but because of this one to some extent was sub-par, to say the least. Quite hard to summarise.
