Love your freebie....I too have it but have not done it yet...but it is soooo beautiful so have to get that done. Great job and beading is not hard...really, it is not.
I ran across your channel today and I'm so glad I did. You gave me inspiration to start my Mira "Lady of the Flag". My LNS had a garage sale so to speak where you could shop for charts, etc that people brought into the shop for the sale. I found the chart "Lady of the Flag" on the second day of the sale for only $20. I couldn't believe it was still there on the second day and only $20. True it was a little loved and there was no picture on the chart which is why it was probably overlooked. I have it all kitted up and have been delaying starting it because I have never stitched a Mira chart. I saw this finished on a floss tube channel some time ago and wanted it really bad but as you know it is impossible to find. After watching your chart parade today I'm going to start it now. I think you should start "The Snow Queen". That is the other Mira chart I have and will start that someday but first I'm going to start Lady of the Flag. So sorry to hear about the fire you had.
Love your collection! So far I only started the Letter K fairy from Nora Corbett and I am in the process of kitting up the snow maiden and the reindeers. Happy stitching!
Hello! I just found your channel and so happy that I did. I'm working on Elizabeth. But on the hunt for Under the Friendship Tree so that I can stitch it for my twin granddaughters and my other two granddaughters! Happy MiraMay! Lori at Once Upon a Stitch
Hi Lori. I am so glad you found me 😊 I have been watching you for years! I will keep an eye out for that pattern as it would be an awesome stitch for your granddaughters. Love watching your progress on Elizabeth, she is such a regal beauty. Have a wonderful week 🤗
Hi Lisa! So good to see you again! I'd like to see you start "Elizabeth" and also a favorite of mine, "Lady of Mystery"! I'm working on "Portrait of Veronica". I will enjoy your Mira May! Have a great week!
Welcome back to stitching! Mirabilias are very pretty to stitch as are Nora Corbetts. And all the new fabrics to choose from and fancy flosses. It is a great time to be a stitcher 😊🤗
Isn’t it funny when you turn on the camera how the info flies right out of your brain?!? Constantly in my case 😂. Yours was so pretty and small and completely inspired me.
Well Lisa the nerve of Mr G having Mondays off now. He must know how important Mondays are. 😂 I am still buying Mira’s but haven’t started one yet. Still scared. 😂 I will get there, French knots sound good and I like to do them. I finished my vanishing isle this a.m. and posted it. 👏 My daughter lived in Findlay OH for 10 years and I was not a stitcher then. Now I hear so much about it. Two new floss tubers out there are Aida girls too like us , so I told them about you. One was unsure of doing a channel cuz she only does Aida. I said oh no we need more Aida girls.
Right?!? I tried to tell him that Mondays were off limits but he looked at me like I was slightly crazy lol. And here’s the thing, Will completely get used to his Mon/Tues schedule and then it will change lol Ahh well - trucker life. Just happy he likes what he does and we get 2 days a week together now instead of 2 days every 4-5 weeks. You are going to get there! A start on a Mira is on your horizon and I am going to be your loudest cheerleader!!! And yes, more aida stitchers and flosstubers is a wonderful thing 🤗
I’m currently stitching winter white Santa which is fun! I’ve completed rose of Sharon, savannahs curtsy and seaside kingdom. I would mix up and do 1 mermaid, 1 queen, 1 Christmas and so on.., You have an impressive collection!!
I love Winter White Santa - he reminds me of the old mall santas when I was little. Oh my, you have stitches some beauties! Thank you, half the fun is collecting as much as the stitching 😂
Thank you for this video. I am starting a Mira May as well. I think in my subconscious you have inspired me. I am doing garden prelude, sleeping beauty, garden party, tree of hope and continuing on my stargazer that I already started. So my pic is any of those. 😊 although I noticed you didn’t have tree of hope or garden party listed. ❤
I am so happy to hear you are doing a Mira May as well. They are such pretty pretties to stitch 😊 No I don’t have those ones, still adding to my collection 😂 Happy stitching.
I love waiting for ships but have just bought Winter White Santa myself, so I would love to see him. He needs so MANY trinkets. I will need to Kit him over many months.
I would love to see you stitch my unicorn, Rose of Sharon, which is my name (Sharon Rose). The pattern is priced out of my range but I can enjoy it through others. Thanks for asking our advice.
I enjoy your videos. I have loved Mirabilia designs since they first came out in the 90’s. I have a lot of the OOP charts. I haven’t finished any but I sure do have a lot of them started and will eventually work on them and finish them. I work on linen but prefer 28 count but I will use the 32 count that some of my Mira’s are started on. I love some of the Nora Corbett designs but not all of them. Have a good day. I look forward to watching your Flosstube videos when you make one.
They are just as fun to collect as they are to stitch aren’t they Patricia?? I have heard so many stitchers stitch the Miras on 28 count though I have never done that. Maybe one of my Miras needs to go on a 14 count…hmmm. I certainly have alot of 14 count hand dyed 😂 Thank you for watching my videos and your sweet comment. I appreciate you 🤗
@@CrossedbyFloss I have one done and going to start on another one as soon as I order supplies. I love the sparkle of Mirabilias and incorporate beads and metallics when I make my own designs
I have Nora Corbett Gwen, Mirabilia March Aquamarine Fairy & Bella Filipina Daughters of Estuary. I have only recently started the March Fairy. I found it so hard to keep track of where I was. I did start highlighting a working copy but it’s still difficult. I’m wondering if I started in the wrong place. I started in the top middle which is her wings. Any tips?
You have many gorgeous Mirabilia charts! When I make a working copy sometimes I will increase the size so I can see the symbols better as well as the thicker line that indicates the 10 square which helps me for counting. For me, many Miras have been started in the middle because I have a problem counting from the corner tops unless there is a ton of coverage like Santa or the newer portrait patterns. Plus with a middle start I can go anywhere which helps me see the pattern better. Not sure if those tips help Peggy but hope maybe one will 🤗
Oh my goodness I don’t know! There are so many beautiful Noras and one that come to mind which could be converted might be Imperial Lady D. Taking off the wings, headdress and the swoopy things off her dress and doing it reds? I would have to look at other ones, but that was the first one I thought of. Though conversions are not my thing so might be really out in left field 😂
Lol honestly Rebecca I would have to figure out which one that is. I “think” it is Shakespeare’s Fairies but I have purchased so many in the 18/19 yrs I am so confused lol
I am a Mira LOVER for sure....lol....way beyond life expectancy....
I loved your program I'm in for a year of mira😊

The reindeers are on my wish list - think they are so cute. Love the Nora letters, I have the L & E and really should get on of them started lol

I am so excited for Mira May to start!!!! I don’t even want to guess what you picked because I love to be surprised
DawnMarie you are the best! I laugh every update day thinking you are just seeing what hair style is going on that day 😂

Mmmmm both of those are lovely choices.
Just watched your latest video with progress on Veronica - she is beautiful!
I just found your channel! I am back into cross stitch after taking a 15 year hiatus! These patterns are beaitiful!
Welcome back to stitching! Mirabilias are very pretty to stitch as are Nora Corbetts. And all the new fabrics to choose from and fancy flosses. It is a great time to be a stitcher 😊🤗
@@CrossedbyFloss I agree! It is so different, and things are so beautiful!
Yes that is the Mira I did on a different count!! And I used Kreinik instead of beads. I am looking forward to Mira May. 🌻🌻🌻

Can’t wait for Mira May! I recently got my first Mira (Lady of the Mist). It’s almost kitted up but I can’t decide on what color fabric.
Congratulations on your first Mira! I hope you find your special fabric and get her started soon 🤗
So excited to see all your choices in Mira May and I’m guessing that one of them might be The Kiss?? They are all gorgeous. Happy stitching.
Mmmmm that is a really lovely guess 😂 There are so many to choose from lol

Yohooo I found one more chanel with Mirabilia lover 🎉 Love Miras, probably I have an addiction 😅
It is a great addiction to have 😂. And having another Mirabilia lover is awesome 😊

He is just such a special pattern. Agreed, he is definitely one that takes alot of blingy trinkets. He will be totally worth it though😂😊

All 3 of those are beautiful patterns! I hope you enjoy stitching on them

Since you love mermaids I think the chart with the 2 mermaids twisted together is a contender for your Mira May choices.
I love that one too
