Great video I loved everything you said ❤very inspiring especially the exercising. I wouldn’t do cold water therapy as it can lead to adrenal fatigue. The reason you feel energised by it is because your body thinks it’s in a crisis and gives you a huge hit of adrenaline to get you out of it, as if you fell in a cold lake. I used to do it also, I did end up quite sick, I learnt through Anthony William the Medical Medium how to restore my adrenals again. Blessings 😊
@@christineb2640 good to know. I don’t do it too much, just when I am too fatigued from weight lifting. But atm I’m avoiding it completely as I’m expecting:)
Such great information! Both my parents have severe sleep problems. At most my mom gets about 4 hours of sleep every night. I will share with her! Thank you, Aparna.
Thank you for everything that you do and all of the valuable information you put out Ms. Jain. I am very grateful. I look forward to learning more from you 🙏🏽
Thank you, Aparna. I must say, I really like your long-form videos. Very informative, educational and inspiring! I also watched your video on homeschooling :)
Very informative and helpful! Thank you for this video. I live in a state where winter average temperature is 28 F. I find it hard to go out, get enough sunlight and be active. Winter also affects my mood. Do you have any suggestions?
@@ramyah6582 definitely take a vitamin D supplement. Some people use a 10k lux light to get “sunlight” in their eyes earlier than the sun comes up. Even if you can spend 15-30 minutes working outdoors when the temperatures are slightly better, it’ll help with your mood. I love winter sports like skiing and snowboarding, so if you haven’t already learned how to, take lessons and that’ll be another way to feel happier and stay outdoors.
I have also heard about needing to get sunlight in your eyes. So I don’t usually go outside because it’s cold at this time 😂 but I definitely make sure I can view it from my window
Thank you, please go out in sunlight every morning and evening. Exercise in the day, no caffeine after 11am and go to bed at the same time every night(preferably early 9-10pm in a dark, cold room with no phones around you) and you will see a huge improvement in your sleep.
Thank you for your efforts in making this video. One Question - I live in Germany and it is very cold in winters to get morning or evening sunlight. So for people who are living close to artic, is there any alternative to morning and evening sunlight exposure? How about vitamin d tablets?
Unfortunately, you can do your best to be outside as comfortably as possible in winter. Definitely supplement with Vitamin D3. I live in Hawaii, which has year-round sunny weather, and I still supplement just because I don't want excess sun. Even with a lot of exposure, our bodies don't make enough Vitamin D to keep our bodies at optimum levels. Get a blood test. Some recommendations point to blood serum levels greater than 40 for Vitamin D.
Thanks for making this video. Very motivation. ❤
Omg i wish i can meet you in real life. Its really hard to find people like myself who are into extreme life efficiency ❤
Thank you! I started listening to Huberman podcasts and your summary helps save a lot of time!
