MEGAHERZ have lit their fractious fire over and over in the last 25 years! With "Komet" these five friends dig deeper into their inner world - more emotional than ever before. Massive Neue Deutsche Härte-riffs and colorful synth-melodies tumble into a vortex of pain and loss and the intangibility of society's ignorance. Less fantasy, more questioning: "Who makes the difference?" ["Wer macht den Unterschied?"], they ask in “Heldengrab” as they hunt for responsibility in times that are often grey. For the first time MEGAHERZ showcase political songs like "Horrorclown" or "Nicht in meinem Namen". Between all these black stars we need courage; To find peace… even if there is no time to mourn the past. "Von oben" manages this with poignant lines - a song for the late father of guitarist Christian "X-ti" Bystron. "Komet" deals with honesty.
It's a reminder to speak up when it’s needed; awakening responsibility for yourself and all descendants.

Underrated band
they were more famous before but some fans left them because they became a little more softy , 15 years ago i was all Megaherz but not anymore . i still like them but not like i did before .
@@lacroix1976 This Is a normal cycle for bands, however I have never found one song or album I don't like from Eisb, Oomph, and Megaherz, Blutengel, etc. I am completely a victim of the new German wave metal, washed over, completely consumed. I have never heard anything like this German metal I can listen all day and all night screaming waking and sleeping, beating my car up and screaming!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

А я уж поторопился списать их в утиль, мол, исписались ветераны (последние альбомы тому подтверждение), да и талантливых конкурентов из числа молодёжи навалом... consistently going up my all time favourite bands list since the early 2000's. got to be in the top 5 now. they are ridiculously consistent and have mastered different music styles like nobody else i can think of. granted the band members have completely changed, but still.

I've been a fan of Megaherz since the Alexx years. I never really liked Lex on vocals at the beginning & it took some time for him to grow on me. However after witnessing this video, I'm now confident to say this is Megaherz & Lex finest performance yet. Absolutely phenomenal work.
