I bought both. Fitbit Versa 4 is a nice watch but mediocre. Now have Apple 8 as my main watch. Charge 4 above my R. ankle for steps and mile counting. Charge 5 was so bad I may never buy another Fitbit.
Thank you for addressing this issue. I personally suspect Google is slowly phasing out Fitbit watches in-favor of the Google Pixel watches coming soon. It seems like they're downgrading Fitbit watches on purpose-almost to the point where they're useless. After seeing what the Sense 2 and Versa 4 lacks, I'm sticking with my Fitbit Sense and I suggest everyone else to do the same.
Using Versa 2 and upgrading to Versa 4 after reviewing all Fitbit watches including sense 2 decided to order it in Amazon us on pre Black Friday deals 149💲. Solves my purpose like sleep score with a good battery life . As I use it 24/7 .Lot more better than pixel and Apple

No google apps yet is a huge deal breaker yet - if I'm spending £200 on a watch I'm expecting it to at least come with everything that you'd usually see in a smartwatch like maps and google pay. If the price was less steep, I'd understand. Fitbit support also sucks they misunderstand every question. Not impressed for such a price tag.

I just got this watch this week. Its been giving me one issue so far. Its not one to connect to my Amazon account when it comes to Alexa. When it comes to things that I like about it. The battery life is great and gps and having maps on it is great as well. I ended up coming from the Fitbit blaze.
I bought one. Not tracking. Fitbit did send me a replacement. Guess what? Same problem. Fitbit took it back and never heard anything again. And they blocked the first one too, can’t even use it to read time. I don’t recommend.
You might want to try a new charger. I thought my Sense way fried and even Fitbit did and provided a discount for a purchase. Only to find out after buying the Versa that it was the charger that had gone bad.
I purchased a new charger as soon as my Fitbit stopped charging in the hope that was the issue. It made no difference, my battery is shot. That’s a great design feature making it impossible to replace a dead battery and therefore forcing customers to purchase a new Fitbit altogether. Needless to say I’m done with Fitbit.
Probally for the best to go with another brand. If I had the extra cash to burn I would either go with the Garmin or the Galaxy but the later requires their brand of phone for certain features so that not happening.
On Android phone, when I get a call, the watch's call notification keeps on going for hours even after the call is disconnected. Has this happened with anyone or my device is faulty?
@@mickymac432 Fitbit customer support asked me to update the software in the watch. After that it has been fine. I'll update later if I find the issue again

Yes there is an option to add quick reply’s but they don’t show when you want to answer to a message :/ but i guess that should be fixed with an update

I haven’t had the sense 2 yet so I can’t say to much about it but there are better options for that kind of money like the sasmsung 5 or 4, fossil gen 6 or the Huawei Watch (GT) 3

It says in Google within the autumn they will fix it so you can with friends and have google maps. So you need to wait until the autumn to have this upgrades

I was shocked as well as I saw the downgrade to the Fitbit Versa 4 and you should really stick to the older versions or to another brand

Fitbit owns by Google..shouldn't it make more sense that it uses Google voice assistant instead of Amazon's Alexia?

My experience with Fitbit divices is not good at all. Fitbit has only one good thing. Fisical dising. It looks good.
