They were prototypes they never came in packaging .. which meant they did not make it to the market .. it is not the packaging it was just a plastic bag .. if it was boxed it would be different...

@@ToastTheThe I'm being serious. I had it when I was in 2nd grade and then I had lost it in a taxi. I had realized I forgotten it right when me and my mom went into the house. You'd pull it's tail back and it's head would go up. It had the JP logo was brown on the sides and black on the top

i have 20 giants "screaming"dinos from Jurassic Park original 1 st movie! Each dino is 1 meter long.

i don't understand why packaging can make such a difference? i mean come on, cardboard and plastic covering- you've got the fucking toy, the actual PRODUCT!
Rarity. How many kids get their toy then keep it in the box? There's way more unboxed versions of toys than there are sealed. Same goes for quality of the packaging.
The box is part of the art, that's why. Many of these boxes has art that represent the time. The box and the quality of the box in some case are equally important as the toy. When a toy is outside the box it is also an indication that has been used; touched or played with. And many people want something from the time that hasn't been touch since that time.
