Thank you to Chris Costa for the VIDEO AWESOME REVIEW! You sir are a LEGEND. - Спорт
I can't wait to see where the technology goes.
It’s like us humans are the aliens we always imagine and put on tv
en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/Avro_Canada_VZ-9_Avrocar always were
litteraly
Well, that's exactly one of the many theories among ufologists.
One thing he didn't point out: unless the one-piece mandible also has holes in it, it will cover the breaths that are visible between the three-piece plates. Slapping a fan on the top probably helps, but that issue of "do I want to be able to breathe through this or do I want to risk something getting through and hitting me in the face" is an issue armorers have had to juggle for as long as helmets have existed.
Great review. I want one now.
Excuse me, wouldn't it be much better to add another protection to the eyes with a transparent anti-ballistic plate visual protector? shaped as a goggle to better protect the user's eyes when using the Devtac helmet, guaranteeing better protection for the client's vision to stop and retain medium-caliber chips. Since the helmet lenses stop smaller gauges and do not resist much the received impacts of bullet detonation.
Bulletproof glass?
@@ghoxtdon24 no, you need the transparent anti-ballistic plate visual protector
It looks the like the helmet for the "Nomex Survival Suit". Gold stars for anyone who gets that reference.
"Does it come in black? "
Excellent review. Great Helmet awesome innovation
I don’t own any guns or anything but me and my buddy bought one for our comic con outfits and stuff we always go as like a sci-fie military group and man it looks really cool with all our gear it’s all fake gear and stuff but it’s funny to think our heads are pretty much bullet proof
man that would make a cool bike helmet
This was a great review
Love that thing, currently no need for it, but I will own one in the future that's for sure.
You make some great points.
How do the lenses do against sim rounds?
What about if I need to use a respirator? I feel like there are other hemlets that can provide face protection up until i need to use a respirator or after.
Do you have to send them an email to see products and prices?
This is sweet. How would ear pro would work for this?
It works with various “low profile” (in-ear) comms so small electronic ear pro would work too. They also do 4 different sizings to accommodate fat heads.
I’ve got one on order! Hope to receive it soon
Have you received it yet?
@@SkunkyMonkyOO7 yessir!!
@@MightySmaug is it worth it?
@@michaelpad7 I love mine. Did a little review on my page
@@MightySmaug Imma take a look at your video then 👌🏽 You sound very enthusiastic so I am positive. One quick question tho. Do you wear any earphones like peltor underneath and if so what do you recommend?
What does the airsoft version cost?
Is there integrated ear pro or comms capabilities?
Yes
Comms
Yes, not sure if they're active tho
I mean active hearing pro
Looks cool. Too spendy for me since I have helmets already, but yeah - I’m interested to see where it goes from here
I am curious as to whether or not one can get a cheek weld while wearing this.
I have just 1 question...how much?
@Facts is that forsure?
Put it all the way on
Not destroying this one...
Suggestion, make a version that integrates with existing MICH/ACH both regular and high cut helmets and associated head sets. Would mean moving the fans around, but that air movement would be welcome. Or perhaps have it designed to fit the fans under the helmet and intake or exhaust around the nape area...Like where the nape frag pad fits on current offerings.
wilemelliott ah no
This is a much more practical idea than this $3000 2/3A helmet. We have helmets now that can comfortably take rifle rounds for a fraction of the price, it would make much more sense to integrate a level 3 facemask and an upgrade kit that includes fans than try and create something that is frankly impractical and unnecessary.
Eye is uncovered, maybe you guys do mini camera on the everywhere in that helmet then connect to vr googles under the helmet. With the helps of the code, the user of this helmet can detect move from any Target include his behind.
Hud display for motorcycle helmet even ha a rear camera links to smartphone video audio text GPS ect
Is it possible to get prescription lenses?
yea
Were do I get one don't see the Web site 😕

Dónde lo puedo compara y cuál es el precio a México
What is your website for purchase because I found a website that’s no longer in use. I’ve been wanting to purchase one of these forever
Edit: I went to the site listed here and it’s either not published or something because I get a constant 503 error

How heavy?
how may i purchase?
How to buy it???
We need a full suit to match it. That would be so cool. Straight Halo Commander Chief suit.
Russia has a frag suit you can find of you look for private sellers
nerd
Let me guess this thing is $2 to 3 grand?
Davon their website shows 1.6k - 2k
Davon pretty good deal considering it’s protecting your head and face.
@@chrislombera2109 cheaper than a night in the hospital. Or a funeral!
Super Abound yes I know and are you stating that or trying to out me
2500 plus options
Looks like something from Gears of War
I want to see this married with the Vozz motorcycle helmet
Can’t have dreds and have this 😢
Like número 6
The lenses should be ballistic glass and the armour should be ar500 or titanium then it might be worth it.
Anyone else disappointed that the helmet doesn't alter your voice like Kylo Ren's mask does?
It's hard to believe this is the same price as a high end Rayabands glasses....
the helmet is cool, the camera on portrait is very wrong
Can i use that helmet with a motorcycle?
I want one that comes with a phaser gun and a device where I can warp across the room on fools.
Lmao
Too bad they didn’t make the fan batteries rechargeable.
Exactly
I love how computer tech jargon has been hijacked by reps when describing the nomenclature of a piece of tactical defense equipment (e.g. end user, system). 😶
This guy looks like a Metal Gear Diamond Dog
Looks like what Snake Eyes from G.I.Joe wears.
No... It definitely doesn't.
@@fktm1211 It looks more like something one of the Cobra Viper variants would wear.
He wishes it used a more “current” battery… 😂 Made a dad joke and didn’t even realize it.
You trade vision for area of protection
Elijah Hughes for most once adrenaline hits, you only have tunnel vision. I’d say this product is more for breaching and CQC environments. So far at least.
Chris Oly yea you make a really good point
I was infantry in the Marines so I did learn to breach and my cousin is SWAT.
When you breach you usually gas and flash, in the military though we weren't permitted to gas people overseas.
But anyways, peripheral vision is super important and if also want to have some form to wear a gas mask with that thing.
All in all, after seeing this and also showing him the video we wouldn't wear it.
But it does look cool, I gotta give it that.
you trade around 20 degrees of peripheral which is not much considering you won't die to a headshot...
@@Firstname137 I think this ronin helmet is pretty situational, if you're doing anti-terrorism and don't need protection from gas it's great because it stops pistol rounds but if you're against Russia or smth you're gonna die to gas and AK bullets
I want one soooooo bad but it’s 3300 bucks
Can it stop a 7.62 (AK-47) ?
No
you gotta look up the nij ratings man. 3a is .44 mag and lower but there are certain loads and projectiles of 9mm that are designed to punch through. you have 1, 2, 3, 3a, 3+ and 4. if you're going to shop for armor get familiar with the rating system.
@Chris Oly Um they do know and the answer is no. It is not designed for those calibers
Depends on how far away the 7.62 is
What about the view
Dude if you have a smoke alarm...you will have a 9volt
Why would you buy this besides for airport?
No Russian
Not airport.... Airsoft! Lol
Unless this is NIJ tested and given a rating level...its a paintball helmet.
do check out our NIJ videos here too.
@@devtac I will, thanks!
There is no NIJ certification process for helmets. There are NIJ compliant helmets but no certified helmets. I guess all ballistic helmets are paintball helmets to you.
@@stahlhelmturtle9822 This one is. Would you feel even a tiny bit of safety wearing this in a firefight? F'k no!
@@iamnotpaulavery after watching ballistic test vids of this helmet, I would actually trust it if it had the solid one piece mandible. No deformation from .44 magnum on the .3a rated panels.
Needs level 4 😅
Give a professional aesthetic to these, lose the lenses and fans or add a ballistic rating to them to warrant all that, a rifle rating, and ability to use comms like the AMPs or integrate a solution that is somehow better, and you could have a real winner.
you can use comms with this
Optimus prime helmet
Can the beard breathe
Truexodus just shot at his. The company gave him 2 for free. 1 to wear, and 1 to shoot. He shot it, and the 2nd round of 9mm went straight through the front and went through the rubber dummy under the eyeball....hmmm
Josh Domoslai TUI solid copper penetrating round.
the best helmet is a French GIGN...
absolutely but i dont have a strong neck for 4kg helmets.
Never take tactical advise from a guy who puts his booger finger on the trigger when he picks up a gun.
3000$ out of your fooking mind...
Unfortunately it uses Kevlar which is an old outdated tech. I wouldn’t trust my life with Kevlar unless it was the last thing I had.
Also if you get the Kevlars aramid fabric wet it loses its protection.
I want to see a Carbon Nanotube version of this helmet. Specifically from a company called Citizen Armor. It outperforms Kevlar in every way.
The helmet itself is very nice. But the Kevlar component is its weakest link.
