Ghetsis took advantage of N's gentle nature, kindness and compassion and manipulated him for his own use, after which he cruelly tossed N aside when he was done with him. I hate Ghetsis for staining N's heart with confusion and immorality.

I don't find this song creepy at all. It just feels sad, reflecting the many years lived by a lonely child, left in the castle to grow up without friends, his only family being Ghetsis, whom doesn't seem to show much care for N as a true son. It captures the emptiness of N's childhood. N is truly the saddest character in the entire Pokemon series.

I find it unsettling, somewhat because of the tone, but not much the tone. More of how N had a broken childhood and this could represent his sadness, stress, or anger.

I know that this has nothing to do with N's castle and yes that is creepy but you also got to remember that abandoned house,just by (creepys standareds) There is a ghost girl that follows you.. furniture moves around in diffrent places when you get back up the stairs. and ghost pokemon attack you. now until you understand what i mean about this part you'll think i'm crazy. BUT what i find the most disturbing is that cresellia's feather or the Lunar wing,was found in the main room of the building.

No Ghetsis is Way better. He has a really great team of pokemon, A strong dragon with frustration, he doesn't act like a bleeding heart who has "Affection" for their pokemon, a strong hatrid for N (which i also have), And perfect plans and intentions.
I know this is weird but i think that the fact that's so slow and off key (like a broken music box) represents N's ruined childhood (remember how his "father" treated him at the end of B/W 1?) he realized that his whole world was lying to him...and this theme represents how "broken" he is after that, so that's why it sounds so scary and unsettling... And by the way, if you pay attention to the cutscenes in B2/W2, Kyurem's Glaciate took form of sharp icicle shards. So, in a way, ***** is also correct.

Man, this theme doesn't help at all that I had a rather disturbed childhood, with my parents always fighting and arguing. Probably why I relate to N so much.
When you think about it, this song is exactly like a child's lullaby or something like that, But all the notes are slightly higher or lower pitched, so it sounds familiar but distant at the same time ... Huh :/
You know how a wind-up music box plays a joyful tune in accordance to the number of times you turned the knob, then the music begins to slow down until it eventually stops? This theme is like the music box being stuck in that "slow down" period. The knob continues to turn and play this slowed down version of the original tune. Anxiety builds because you're waiting for the knob to stop turning... but the end never comes. It keeps playing, pauses briefly, then picks up from where it left off. All the while the little ballerina girl spins in circles, her smiling face greeting you at every turn, as if she isn't being forced to dance for all eternity.
When I first heard about N, my heart, soul and sanity died. Now every time I come back to this song I just get reminded how much of a hollow shell I am.
I love how upbeat N's room theme was in the first Pokemon game, before he knew he had been groomed and realized the abuse all of these years, and how warped it is in the sequel as the truth is known to all parties now, yet he's still trying to put together the pieces and learn what's reality and what's naivity. Love it!

I can relate a lot to N. He was alone when he needed people the most. I was and still am the same way, as everyone I had have all left me to rot with only my mom and dog, because I’m quote “to hard to handle” as I have a lot of mental problems and it makes my life hell. I wasn’t born with depression but thanks to everyone in my life drifting away, I now have it and have attempted to take my own life more than once. I am starting to lose hope on life and I feel my grasp on life slowly ending I need help. I have cried for 16 years, but nobody has come and I fear for my life everyday, it gets harder to bear this. IT'S STORY TIME! (I suck at storytelling though so... :/) Please note that if you want to make this story scarier, play the music while reading!) It was a dark, pitch black night. A man, an investigater, has gone on a mission to explore a specific castle. After pushing himself through trees in a forest, he finally found the castle. As he went through the entrance of the building, it happened to be very dark, matching the color tone of the night. This frightened the man somehow, but he urged to move on, for this mission had to be complete. Just then, his ears caught a faint sound. It was a song, and it sounded like a baby's lullaby, only to have a handful of creepy verses added to the song. The man began to tremble and shift with discomfort. As he took careful steps throughout the castle, the stone floor strangely creaked, exactly like old, worn out wooden planks. In front of the man's frightened, wide eyes, was a room. The door to it was open slightly, but no light happened to leak out. Inside he heard a giggle, like a child's. The man thought it was a record player, trying to scare him, but he forced himself to open the door so he could move in. As he entered, the man could see a bunch of toys, some coated in dark blood. The man nearly screamed in fright as he saw the walls, all around, splattered in blood, as if someone had brutally murdered someone without giving them a chance to say their last words of life. Old, bloodied train tracks were laid in the middle of a blue cloud flooring, not touched for almost 2 years, it looked like. The flooring was torn up in some areas and also bloodied. A dirty, chewed basketball was next to the tracks, as well as a tipped over basketball hoop and a heap of toys shoved in the back, wrecked and messed. The man detected a small figure, curled up on one edge of the skateboard course. It was the thing that was giggling! the man thought nervously. The creepy baby-like lullaby had grown louder and slower, causing it to become worse. As the man creeped towards the figure, it started to breathe heavily, as if it was lacking air. Ever so suddenly, the figure turned around at the speed of light and screeched. It's loud scream sounded like some sharp object was scraping against glass. The figure was a child, a small one. The child's eyes were missing, and dark blood flowed below the sockets nonstop. It's green hair and pajamas were wrecked, torn, and drenched in blood. The child had also wieled a knife in one hand, the sharp tip covered in blood as well. Before the man could scream and retreat from the castle, the child charged at him, at blinding speed, and stabbed him with the knife, killing him instantly. The man was recording this mission for proof to show his boss, and his camera had dropped. The child looked evilly at the camera, which was still recording, and picked it up. It then wolfed it down. The crushed camera stopped recording when it reached the child's esophagus. The castle was never to be seen by any other person again, for they would be killed if they had ever did. After the child's kill, it had wrote in the man's blood: "I'm always here, and always watching."
And, after writing that on all four walls, the child helped itself to the man's skin, bones, organs, liver, and heart. The man's leftovers were forever on the floor, never to disappear. Sorry, people who are sensitive towards gore, but I just thought to make it a bit more gorey. :P

i remember walking into the ruined castle for the first time knowing that the original song was creepy. But man! broken music box in a destroyed, abandoned place. Doesn't get much creepier than that. Also with N just standing in the castle, remembering
I know that this has nothing to do with N's castle and yes that is creepy but you also got to remember that abandoned house,just by (creepys standareds) There is a ghost girl that follows you.. furniture moves around in diffrent places when you get back up the stairs. and ghost pokemon attack you. now until you understand what i mean about this part you'll think i'm crazy. BUT what i find the most disturbing is that cresellia's feather or the Lunar wing,was found in the main room of the building.

1. He can talk to Pokemon.

No Ghetsis is Way better. He has a really great team of pokemon, A strong dragon with frustration, he doesn't act like a bleeding heart who has "Affection" for their pokemon, a strong hatrid for N (which i also have), And perfect plans and intentions.
I know this is weird but i think that the fact that's so slow and off key (like a broken music box) represents N's ruined childhood (remember how his "father" treated him at the end of B/W 1?) he realized that his whole world was lying to him...and this theme represents how "broken" he is after that, so that's why it sounds so scary and unsettling...
Just an assumption tho...
This Music slowly drives me crazy, look at what 2 years and a fight made to this, the memories, BW2 was truly a masterpiece, it creeps you out by how the story actually turned out.

You know how a wind-up music box plays a joyful tune in accordance to the number of times you turned the knob, then the music begins to slow down until it eventually stops? This theme is like the music box being stuck in that "slow down" period. The knob continues to turn and play this slowed down version of the original tune. Anxiety builds because you're waiting for the knob to stop turning... but the end never comes. It keeps playing, pauses briefly, then picks up from where it left off. All the while the little ballerina girl spins in circles, her smiling face greeting you at every turn, as if she isn't being forced to dance for all eternity.

When I first heard about N, my heart, soul and sanity died. Now every time I come back to this song I just get reminded how much of a hollow shell I am.
N is easily one of the most tragic characters in pokemon.
I love how upbeat N's room theme was in the first Pokemon game, before he knew he had been groomed and realized the abuse all of these years, and how warped it is in the sequel as the truth is known to all parties now, yet he's still trying to put together the pieces and learn what's reality and what's naivity. Love it!

I can relate a lot to N. He was alone when he needed people the most. I was and still am the same way, as everyone I had have all left me to rot with only my mom and dog, because I’m quote “to hard to handle” as I have a lot of mental problems and it makes my life hell. I wasn’t born with depression but thanks to everyone in my life drifting away, I now have it and have attempted to take my own life more than once. I am starting to lose hope on life and I feel my grasp on life slowly ending I need help.

IT'S STORY TIME! (I suck at storytelling though so... :/) Please note that if you want to make this story scarier, play the music while reading!)
It was a dark, pitch black night. A man, an investigater, has gone on a mission to explore a specific castle. After pushing himself through trees in a forest, he finally found the castle. As he went through the entrance of the building, it happened to be very dark, matching the color tone of the night. This frightened the man somehow, but he urged to move on, for this mission had to be complete. Just then, his ears caught a faint sound. It was a song, and it sounded like a baby's lullaby, only to have a handful of creepy verses added to the song. The man began to tremble and shift with discomfort. As he took careful steps throughout the castle, the stone floor strangely creaked, exactly like old, worn out wooden planks. In front of the man's frightened, wide eyes, was a room. The door to it was open slightly, but no light happened to leak out. Inside he heard a giggle, like a child's. The man thought it was a record player, trying to scare him, but he forced himself to open the door so he could move in. As he entered, the man could see a bunch of toys, some coated in dark blood. The man nearly screamed in fright as he saw the walls, all around, splattered in blood, as if someone had brutally murdered someone without giving them a chance to say their last words of life. Old, bloodied train tracks were laid in the middle of a blue cloud flooring, not touched for almost 2 years, it looked like. The flooring was torn up in some areas and also bloodied. A dirty, chewed basketball was next to the tracks, as well as a tipped over basketball hoop and a heap of toys shoved in the back, wrecked and messed. The man detected a small figure, curled up on one edge of the skateboard course. It was the thing that was giggling! the man thought nervously. The creepy baby-like lullaby had grown louder and slower, causing it to become worse. As the man creeped towards the figure, it started to breathe heavily, as if it was lacking air. Ever so suddenly, the figure turned around at the speed of light and screeched. It's loud scream sounded like some sharp object was scraping against glass. The figure was a child, a small one. The child's eyes were missing, and dark blood flowed below the sockets nonstop. It's green hair and pajamas were wrecked, torn, and drenched in blood. The child had also wieled a knife in one hand, the sharp tip covered in blood as well. Before the man could scream and retreat from the castle, the child charged at him, at blinding speed, and stabbed him with the knife, killing him instantly. The man was recording this mission for proof to show his boss, and his camera had dropped. The child looked evilly at the camera, which was still recording, and picked it up. It then wolfed it down. The crushed camera stopped recording when it reached the child's esophagus. The castle was never to be seen by any other person again, for they would be killed if they had ever did. After the child's kill, it had wrote in the man's blood: "I'm always here, and always watching."
And, after writing that on all four walls, the child helped itself to the man's skin, bones, organs, liver, and heart. The man's leftovers were forever on the floor, never to disappear.
Sorry, people who are sensitive towards gore, but I just thought to make it a bit more gorey. :P
