Dina Wakley Feb 2023 release- Layer those neons

Hi! Welcome back to my channel- in today's video I am sharing how I tried layering the neons on top of each other to see how they behaved and also layered thee colours over the top. I also wanted to see if they were reactive when white was added over the top- I can report the they don't seem to be!!!
