I found these guys on Spotify the other week. Immediately went to RUclips to check out the video. They’re not really my thing but it’s absolutely amazing this kinda thing exists and they’ve got such a large following.
Welcome to Bloodywood! If you liked this one, you are going to flip over this album! Gotta check out all of it. I'm linking their two most recent videos below for you. Dana Dan (turn on captions!) - ruclips.net/video/a65A626Ed20/видео.html Aaj - ruclips.net/video/kgvH6tX4Ej0/видео.html
They are an amazing band and lucky for you are touring in 2023, your nearest concert being in Manchester 28th March i think and tickets are only £15!!.....i'd suggest buying one as this band are going to explode!
Bloodywood are a band that everybody has to listen to, they have written some fantastic songs, Gaddaar is a powerful song about politics and strikes at the two faced nature of politicians, love this band so much, they keep their roots but are fantastic metal musicians hitting hard, big love Chris bro
My man, I’ve come back to watch this several times. I’ve always loved your reactions but this one is a favorite, probably because it’s so similar to many of us having our first Bloodywood experiences - “I’m a fan! I’m a fan!” less than a minute in. Echoing some sentiments already expressed, but “Aaj,” “Machi Bhasad” and “Ari Ari” are culturally rich and so worth watching/listening.
Loved this reaction. Unfortunately the tour got delayed to 2023. But it's gonna give you time to catch up on all their stuff until then so that's good. Do more reactions in the meantime. I would suggest Aaj and Dana Dan. Please please don't forget to turn on CC for Dana Dan. Looking forward. Always great to see a new Bloodywood fan being born 😂 Takes me back to when I first discovered them. Love from the Maldives 🇲🇻🤘
Been with them since back in the day. Surprised nobody told you about them before. Their songs are always political/inspirational. They've even played Wacken. 🔥🤘🐘🎸
@@MTNReacts Yeah all the EU tour is postponed it's so sad, i am so hyped by the album right now seeing them live would ve been a fucking delight... Welp... got my tickets for next year still... If it doesn't get postponed again like a lot of shows here (have tickets for Epica that were supposed to be for 2020 and is delayed again until 2023 xD )
Well, I bought two tickets - for me and my 14 years old/young son who also likes Bloodywood a Lot - for which was supposed to be final gig of their now March 2002 European tour at 02 Islington Academy in London + return flight tickets for us to UK all the way here from Finland, yep. :-( All that Just two days prior them announcing cancelling/postponing that whole European tour (which was neither that reaching out here to F-land), and as I REALLY wanted to see them live I used around 200 euros for all that, but then...Sure understandable but-t still huuuuh ... Well I guess we can after all still enjoy OK our staying in London then otherways too (as them Ryanair flight tickets are unreturnable etc as you sure know), but definitely would have still l
This was an awesome reaction! Love it. Like 20 second in, you're like "I'm a fan" I did that very same thing to Babymetal. 20-30 seconds in, instant fan. If you haven't see them, do Road of Resistance Live Japan. It's unreal. Just as Bloodywood. These guys are mind-blowing! I see you did Dana Dan. Gonna go check that one out now. First video, new sub! Oh and I haven't confirmed this, but I just heard the other day their tour was cancelled until next year because of cover. No idea if it's true, but look into that. I hope I'm wrong for your sake. It would be sop amazing to see Bloodywood. I hope they come to the US. Anyway, good luck!
Haha yeah I was a fan almost immediately! I love what they have done with their own sound! I see your name? Are you anything to do with 2RG? They are absolutely fantastic I love them.
@@MTNReacts Agreed. I did end up seeing your Babymetal reaction too. Very cool. Yeah, I work with the Grannies. Thanks, I will let them know what you said.
I see people recommending Dana Dan - just a heads up, turn on the closed caption on that one. People were wanting to have the options to toggle off the lyrics/translations, so they moved them to CC
IMO feel that while it might be COMPARITIVELY soft..er AAJ is bloody awe inspiring Jayant (the death/growl vocalist) drops an incredible performance a complete change of pace. Dana Dan is great but more of an expected heavier track in a similar vein

Ahhh damn! No wonder it kept giving me errors trying to buy them.
Rakshak, album of the year...
"Aaj" or "Dana, dan" next please.
Greetz from Germany

Thanks Bill!
yes my friend.. you should also check out DYMBUR - CHILD ABUSE.. They play indianFolkMetal but diff from bloodywood.
They are probably the most unique and interesting band right now. I highly recommend their songs "Aaj", "Yaad", "Dana Dan" and "Zanjeero Se"
Dana Dan is next I think.
The whole album is great. I highly recommend.
I can't wait to get into it.

Thanks dude! They are absolutely amazing.
I'm so into this, it's unreal.
How good are they!?!
@@MTNReacts I'm really still just blown away.

They only get better from here. You will love all of their work

They are so good!!
I think they’re honestly so good. I found them like a week ago & even my 4 year old likes them. lol
Dude jealous you're gonna see them. When they come to the USA I'm THERE. The whole album is LIT.
Welcome to the Bloodywood party, hope you enjoy your stay.
I am loving it already!
Sadly the UK tour did get delayed until next year. But it means if it's not sold out you can hear all their stuff.
Yeah a few people have said. I'll be there in 2023!!

Haha, I did a similar thing: listened to the album and directly bought tickets for Berlin. Bummer, that we have to wait a year now, though...
And they’re completely self produced - no label and they do their own audio and video production
That makes them even more appealing to me.
"I'm going to India. I need to see this live!"
- Come to Delhi! 😹
(if you're lost, watch some of their live streams from about a month ago)
Dude this band are awesome dude I've heard them before , I wanna see these too !
There is more to come from these guys on the channel 100%!
@@MTNReacts oh yeaaahhhh!!!! Can't wait dude
Such an accurate reaction for first time hearing Bloodywood!
Nice reaction, thank you!
Bloodywood 🤘🔥
Hallo - I am awake now :-) My reaction, too. And I fell in love with this group. I very much enjoyed your reaction, awesome, thank you!
Thank you so much!!
Was supposed to see them live this Saturday, but due to covid, the show have been pushed till next year 😥

I will go there thanks to a friend. First it was too screamy for me but i started liking it. Raol Kerr reminds me of Fred Durst.
yup
Before them there was an Indian heavy metal band called Joint Family. Please react to Drummer advice by Joint Family.
Awesome man!
Glad you found them. They are freaking awesome! Hope you check out and react to more of them if possible.
Ohhhh definitely!!

you should do a full album reaction on the yt for the new bloodywood album.
It is probably going to happen haha.

Yeah a few people have said that already. I will make sure they are on when I do it.
I love you bro....look at you getting all excited 🤣🤣❤️
Oh that was goood !
The only smart Thing to do! Again U killed it!
Thank you!

I think that is gonna be the next track I do :)

Please make a video of you going to see them live, we wanna see too 🙏
Im yet to see them live sadly!
They're entirely self produced, too
It just makes them even more impressive.
