Garum Masala means hot (spicy) masala and is not to be confused with the Roman garum which is a fermented fish sauce. Dishes like "chicken tikka masala" is a dish using a masala in the sauce. I would love to see your channel grow. Edit: you call coriander cilantro

@@Forgetthefork no no, I was just translating. I think you say coriancer for the stem and seed but cilantro for the leaf.
