There are 6 open slots for the squad and you can deploy up to 9 operators. I'm pretty sure you can put more operators to make it easier. Toss in FlagPipe to speed up DP generation, SilverAsh for faster Redeployment, Slower to slow down enemies, etc, etc

She's a very strong fast redeploy. It also really helped that this CC had no significant boss enemies and that the stage itself dmgs and slows them.
