Yours is similar to how I make mine except yours is way boujier miyokas? 2 bags in the ricotta? She got moneeeeeeyyy lol. I use half of 1 daiya bag in the ricotta with sour cream a brick of tofu and seasonings of course and tofutti cream if I have it. I also combine the meat and the sauce when i make it. Def need to see what yours is talking about though. I'll have to splurge one of these days.
😂 this is definitely an expensive Lagan but it’s worth it…. you can definitely change the products to make it more affordable

Whew 😅 I was nervous but went out on a limb and trusted youuuu and girl girl!! You came through!!!! Xmas dinner has been a success. I tweaked it a little just by adding shredded carrots into the sauce while it cooked and plant boss TVP for a meat substitute… and bay bayyy…!!! Thank you so much it was freaking delicious

Soy is perfectly fine. It's a health food folks in Asia have been eating for thousands of years. Just buy organic.

However, anyone that knows, suspects or want to avoid increasing their estrogen levels its best to not eat soy-based products even organic ones. If eaten , choosing organically is best and preferably fermented tofu and tempeh, and still eat it occasionally.
