Scorching Tide has become my primary OC for the flamethrower. Especially when I join Twitch Integrated sessions. Also, if you didn't know, you can one-shot the Nemesis with Scorching Tide.
What makes it even better is it pierces trough enemies until it hits a wall so you can melt multiple big targets at once. It really shows itself in praetorian swarms
I feel you about daylight savings. I was lucky enough to have to work on both days last year. It did in fact be the cause of the longest and shortest days of work. It’s a lot hate relationship 😅
little tip for the scorching tide: get above a big enemy ( like a pretorian) and use the ability aiming down, it 1 shots them at haz 4 second tip: even tho the charged shot consumes 25 ammo, you can use it at any ammo remaining, so you can wait until you have 1 anno left in the clip and fire away (might get patched) also for some reason its an unstable overclock but it has no downsides... generally op, hope it doesnt get nerfed XD
I'm pretty sure it was like that from day 1 (draining ammo from reserve). Maybe in the beta test before the patch officially came out that worked though
New FangDRSH upload! Scorching Tide is definitely a fantastic Overclock, I like to call it the FIREBALL OC. I think it's probably the best generalist option for Driller, you can't go wrong with it, good for crowds, LSTs, good for Elimination, amazing ignite tool for Industrial Sabotage (if you're doing the Caretaker C4 strat you'd wanna keep hitting the resupply, so feel free to keep spamming those shots to overheat the Caretaker arms). I personally like building it like a Sticky Flame hybird, puts Face Melter to shame (no shade).

When i Use it at 1 ammo , it drains an extra 24 in the fuel tank after it reloads , that tricks seems to not work . I think ?

This over clock was the first one I got for driller and driller is my main and I ran it for so long it is so good
It's so good! I used to hate the flamethrower because it lacked burst damage, but this overclock is perfect
I've had less leeches than that on cave leech cluster, that was mental!

Try Marked for Death + Trifork Volley on dreadnoughts, that is pretty fun too
