I actually live in the Best Neighborhood in Asheville - historic Homeland Park in East Asheville. Used to be a resort from the mid-30s to 1958 when the cabins were put up for sale. Come see us! 🤗
I lived on Long Shoals for years when the apartments were called Bell Biltmore. The cost continued to rise every year but the convenience and amenities are part of the price.
Cool, you mentioned Mountain to Sea trail......I did part of it on my last visit 4 weeks ago, hiking from Blue Ridge Parkway to Yellowstone Falls. I'm hoping to make it back up in a week or two to see the fall colors .... still so green in your video 🙂
Biltmore Park isn't really my style. Too McMansiony, too anywhere USA. However it's good for families who want the best of the typical suburban experience in the Asheville area. My favorite neighborhoods are Montford and N Asheville around GPI/Kimberly/Merrimon. I live in East Asheville, it's nice too. Not as good for walkability though.
Yes, everybody has their preferences and sometimes during different stages in their life that can change. You lived in some very nice areas of town! Good choices!
@@livinginasheville I haven't lived in Montford/N Asheville, I just love those areas. If I had more money I would consider buying a house there! I've lived here in Asheville since 1997 when I was 4. Great channel, btw! Cool to see Asheville content creators. You're really setting yourself apart from other real estate agents in town. I wish you big success.
I have lived in AVL for 27+ years, and Biltmore Park is NOT the best place to live in Asheville. Overpriced, units jammed together like sardines, outragiously expensive shopping and dining and terrible traffic....

Ah hah! Cool! What makes it the best? Thank you!
I'm a great cook and housekeeper if you are looking. haha
Hope you are safe now.

That’s absolutely true!
