Gonna remake DR5
That ain't no Windows 95, that's Windows 3.5!
Ah finally, I've always wanted to install Windows Chicago Build 07200022 (1992 Beta)!
This is a breakthrough. Congrats on finding this ! 🎉
I honestly didn't expect to see a build before 58 to get leaked, but it seems quite interesting because it also pre-dates the introduction of the start menu and has some bits of design changes in the programs. Anyways nice video!
First of all, thanks! I spent a fair while on this :P
Anyways, yeah, it’s a bit of a shocker to see a pre-58 being leaked! I got a massive fright when I saw it, no joke! As you said - the UI is certainly unique lol
Oh, side note - I subbed to you! Your videos look great :)
I still hope someday those builds with the Start menu but without the Windows logo on it get leaked
@@DerivativeOfLog7 Ikr! That'd be really cool.
@@DerivativeOfLog7 Yeah that'd actually be really interesting to see, since the earliest builds (with a start menu) that we know have a Windows logo!
@@MSNeptunedTry to install in VMware
nice video!
same with the intro, it gives that WinDev-y vibe and I really kinda like it tbf
Thanks! I did try and make it WinDevy but with keyframes to make it a bit more professional :P
great video, nice and simple
Cool video!:D
Great video! :D
Tysm!!
Great video :D
Thanks!!!
I see you everywhere
Nice video :D
Thanks :P
Nice vid
Thanks so much!
@@MSNeptuned YW

thanks bestie lmao
@@MSNeptuned yw
cool:)
0:37 it predates 58s by over a year not by two months
You sure? I got this from BetaWiki...
Okay, just checked - you're right! I was looking at where it was talking about Chicago Specification something - I'll leave a pinned comment.
@@MSNeptunedIt's the "Chicago Feature Specification" Revision 1.00, 9/30/92
ah yes 32MB of CPU is just the right amount of CPU to run the build
lmao oops
I should probably check before rendering…
"and predates Chicago 58s by a whopping two months!"
nope it was way more. it was over a year prior
Yep, ik that. I did leave a pinned comment correcting myself but it seems to have been deleted
does this include the 3.1 emulation layer as well?
I don’t think so, no…
no because it is windows 3.1 but with some beta stuff
Nothing really changed from windows 3.1 the biue bar is lighter blue no chcago logo it’s really win 3.1
The music makes this video so unbearably annoying...
Any music suggestions for my next video?
Also you can mute it…
@@MSNeptuned don't use overly crazy hype "no copyright" songs. use something more calming. maybe use the windows midis? or videogame OSTs
@@SOOWOOGEE Thanks!
It's only Windows 3.1, not Windows 95, pliz
Gonna have to correct you there. As I said in the video, this build predates 58s with the new File Cabinet shell by almost a year. It's also based on Windows for Workgroups 3.11 so it obviously has program manager as its shell.
